The company dealt with our problem promptly & expertly. We phoned late on a Tuesday afternoon and next day 2 engineers - Christof & Arthur arrived in the morning.
They located the leak some way from our house in the pouring rain, they kept us informed, had utmost respect for our property and were a very professional team.

Stay well clear. This company will give you a high price for detection and a smaller price to repair once on site of will find a leak ( pinpointed on report ) £835 for this but now want 10x original quote to repair. I had no choice but to call out a different company only to find pinpointed location there was no leak. Now ADI will not comment or answer emails. STAY WELL CLEAR !

Rang on Friday and spoke to Lauren who was very polite and knowledgeable- she asked all the right questions - I worked in House Insurance claims for 11 years and knew what she needed to know.
Brett was booked in for Monday 9.30am and he was punctual and polite . He soon understood the issue and went about searching for the leak , which he located and quickly repaired.
He stayed a while to ensure the central heating was working properly and bled the radiators. It was obvious that Brett wanted to ensure the job was done right and was not under "time " pressure

Absolutely fantastic work from Paul and Robert. Got us having hot water on tap again without the boiler constantly running from a leaking hot water pipe after rerouting it expertly.

Gentleman was very polite, found the leak with no problem very helpful, tidy and did the job that was required there and then. Couldn’t fault the gentleman at all. Would highly recommend

James who attended was pleasant, knowledgeable. Identified the problem, repaired with minimum of fuss. Explained everything as he went along.

Robert the engineer kept me informed from the moment he arrived to the problem and the solution.He was very friendly and professional whilst reassuring me that the disturbance to the water supply would be minimal. Excellent service from Grant. I had issues with my shower leaking through the ceiling into my lounge. This had become worse, (following a terrible bath and shower refit from a previous plumber!)
Grant quickly identified where the leak in the shower was coming from, and has planned repair. He also investigated and detected another leak from underneath my bath, which I otherwise would not have known about, as it was not visible.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Really friendly and helpful when we first contacted and came out to fix our leak really quickly. Frank was brilliant at quickly finding it and also was able to fix it on the same visit. Will definitely use this company again.

Excellent service , Danny the engineer was so thorough and kept us informed of what he was doing and explained everything to us . Very professional it’s so important to feel comfortable when someone is coming into your home and Danny certainly made me feel comfortable and I felt he didn’t rush his work would recommend this company

What a wonderful person Artur is! He spent considerable time, far longer than I would have patience for, using various devices to track the source of my leak. After a few false starts due to the nature of the leak within the pipe cover the hole was identified. A section of pipe was replaced and all the areas were left clean and tidy. A wonderful advert for your company.

Communication was excellent from the first phone call. An appointment was arranged within a couple of days. During the visit Mark explained everything he was checking and was very thorough. He took his time to ensure he found any issues. We received a detailed report for the insurance company within a week. Altogether a very friendly and professional service.

Really efficient, punctual and thorough

Excellent service from start to finish. Great communication with the customer service team at first and then Craig came and was reassuring, explained what he was doing each step of the way and thankfully found the leak in the pipes in my concrete floor. Comprehensive report and photos were provided which enabled me to claim on my home insurance. Highly recommended.
