Well done, very professional

We requested the leak detection service on a weekend and we had an engineer onsite on the following day (after the bank holiday). Our engineer (Mo) was very polite and extremely professional. Mo found the leak in quick time and our plumber was able to repair the leaking pipe quickly.
Without your service it would have been a very time consuming costly process trying to find the leak.

We've had a leak over a year that has not been identified after all sorts of investigating. I contacted SLD who sent Tyler to my property and the young man was able to find, dig and repair my leak all within Good time. He even put the flooring back to the best he could. All round amazing service and would recommend to anyone in a similar situation. 10/10 from me & thank you Tyler!!!

Effective and on time Tyler paid careful attention to the issue and used a very methodical approach. He carefully considered every point made before starting an in-depth investigation to look for leaks. Very accurate detection of the leak in my property. The leaking pipe was deep in the ground (about 75cm deep) and Specialist Leak Detection company were able to trace it with their equipment. Good job!

Great reception on telephone on two numbers with Damien and Holly. Tim rang back within approximate time, listened, explained the process, cost and arranged an appointment within 48 hours. John arrived on Good Friday within the specified time, very professional, explained fully what he would be doing and responded politely to my many questions. He located the leak, repaired the pipe by the stopcock in the kitchen he cut to enable gas through the pipes to locate the leak and completed his report before leaving the house. Comprehensive report and invoice received by email on Tuesday.

Mo was fantastic- super friendly guy first of all but also solved a mystery that we have struggled with for 4 months. We noticed our boiler kept losing pressure very slowly every two weeks or so after having our bathroom redone and a new radiator put in. Plumber that did the work and British Gas couldn’t figure out the issue. Mo used thermal and moisture readings to find a small patch down in our lounge where the same pipes connected upstairs to the bathroom. Turns out when the property was originally built over ten years ago, a nail from the skirting had gone in to a pipe and recent work we had done had caused movement starting the leak very slowly. Mystery solved- thank you Mo! Total legend!

Came out quickly. Was not an easy job to find leak as it was under work units. John the Engineer was thorough and by using gas he tracked the leak to a area that will save a huge amount of time and expense to repair
