Called as we had a under floor leak , booked appointment glad they could bring it forward as we had no hot water , the guy called Tyler I think came at 3pm used the equipment to detect the leak as it was tiled floor he decided to dig up the tiles and was adamant to find and fix the leak , after finding the leak it was quickly repaired and by 6pm it was all done great service fast and efficient above all customer service was excellent , bit on the pricey side but it's worth the call out as it was fixed in no time . I had thought they would come the next day but glad it was done the same day so great service would highly recommend these guys for any leaks well happy 👍👌👌 spot on service

Absolutely horrendous customer service. We had a leak, the office manager Tim had no customer skill in how to deal with customer queries. Did not go ahead as we had no faith they would be able to provide customer support should we have any issues after we had paid, also don’t be fooled by the no leak no fee - I was told it does not apply to to my type of leak? Strange
Please I strongly urge you to read the 1* reviews I wish I had done that before calling as exactly my experience. I was shouted at was refused to speak the next person in charge.
Update: shortly after the review I received a call from the owner, intimidating and threatening asking to remove my review. When I refused, he repeated several times: ‘I’m asking you nicely’. After then abruptly ending the call , I was bombarded with calls from withheld number, it became unbearable so I’m reporting it to the Police. Folks, I am only taking time to raise awareness, cost of living is high , I strongly recommend that you do your research, go with a larger reputable company before handing over your hard earned monies. Of course the choice is yours.
I posted this review initially on 17 Oct before the 5* popped and luckily I recorded the whole conversation heard by my whole team including my manager as I put the phone on speaker when the owner started shouting and threatening asking me to remove the review. Also Mikhael, I never spoke to anyone by that name. I’m not sure who Akhtar is either? Actually, you must have listened back the call recording.. as that’s part of my name (yet you say never spoken to me) So I wonder who else you have tried to fool or accused of posting incorrect review after being caught out.
02/11/23 - the company tried to get my review removed but the Trustpilot verified review to be genuine. Warning to all, keep your call records and. I done my little bit and will continue to do so to protect you all 🙂🙂🙂
14/11- insulting again, by saying it’s not genuine, all proof was submitted to trust pilot. It may have worked with others but unfortunately for you I’m not easily intimidated and you are exposing your company for that it really is.Oh perhaps speak to Holly in your company.

I just received an email in form of an apology for the poor service and a bribe of £100 gift voucher to remove this review. My reply: the truth can’t be bought try your luck elsewhere and threats elsewhere,my calls are recorded 🤓

John visited my parents' house last week after a water leak was discovered—we initially believed it to be a central heating leak! John discovered the issue after realising it wasn't—we highly recommend this service.

Tyler was friendly , courteous and best of all an amazing heating engineer.

Under our concrete flooring, there was an unidentified water leak. The next day, they arrived early. The leak was discovered without the need to dig up the floor. Offered us a variety of options for a solution and gave us a breakdown of everything so we could choose wisely. Excellent work ethic. Reports are sent out in a timely manner, are itemised, and are suitable for insurance companies. A decent price, in my perspective, considering their prompt response and fix time.

Would not hesitate to use them a second time, but perhaps we won't need to!

Excellent phone reception with Victoria. When Joe returned the call he described the procedure and cost, and set up an appointment within 48 hours. Tyler called and notified me around what time he would be arriving beforehand, when he arrived he was really professional. Also he thoroughly described what he would be doing, and patiently answered all of my concerns.

A really thorough investigation into dampness in wall and flooring resulted in a leak being traced to central heating pipes. Without the technology used,tracing the leak would have been very difficult.

They were very quick to book an appointment to carry out a survey, detect a leak under a tiled kitchen floor and provide a written report for an insurance claim. Very thorough and patient try to find the leak. It took a long time to find it! Pleasant young man. Quick report and estimate to repair it. Drawback: slight leak in one of the pipes/connections he had looked at, and strangely our water pressure seems to have increased.

Helpful and professional survey identifying all main issues. Just one follow-up as a comment on the impact of raised mains pressure was omitted from the first report

John was helpful and very considerate of our concerns, as well as being happy to listen to our explanation of the timeline of damp issues.
The testing was extensive and after several visits from other contractors, Specialist Leak Detection managed to identify the cause and provide a report that we have sent to our insurers.

Very impressive service. Identified the root cause and the workmen (Nick and Victor) were great. They went above and beyond to find a solution. Very neat and tidy and with a smile.

We had a leak very close to the floor in our kitchen in a very awkward place with water trapped beneath the lino and seeping out under the carpet into the hall. Mo, your engineer, made a thorough check of the water system in the house and discovered two other minor leaks that would eventually have to be addressed. He repaired the major leak in the kitchen and we were impressed by his efficiency together with his friendly and courteous manner. He explained the problems in simple terms that we could understand and advised us of any improvements that could be made. We were pleased to have a major problem solved before any further damage could be done.

Specialist Leak Detection came to our home to assist in locating a water leak. Our home's plumbing system is extremely complex, and the engineer spent more than five hours on the scene utilising a variety of leak detection techniques before he identified the source of our leak. His later report gave a full breakdown of the areas he examined and how he eventually discovered the problem's root cause.

I’m a gas engineer and a plumber. I couldn’t find the leak in a care home. John, the engineer who they sent was brilliant, I could tell he had a good knowledge of heating systems. Saved us a fortune in guess work. I will definitely use them again.
