Highly recommend this clinic, the staff are wonderful and every package is beautifully arranged. Would definitely come again .

Firstly the product I needed (SkinCeuticals Retinol) was in stock & at a competitive price, arrived fast & with a little sample which was very kind!

I was looking for this product (the best retinol available!) and happy to finally find it at South William clinic. The transaction was smooth and delivery quick. Thank you!

The clinic itself is lovely and there is no doubt that the products used are high quality.
However even if you specifically tell staff your budget they will consistently try and upsell treatments and products.
I ended up being talked into spending a huge amount of money on an additional course of treatments that I hadn’t researched. When I researched the treatment I decided that it was not something I was in the position to have done, so asked for a refund. The company refuse to refund any money and instead put the money onto my account. I accepted this as it was my own fault for saying yes when I was pressured into buying the treatments. However, they make it extremely difficult to place orders using the credit on your account. You cannot use the money on their website, instead you have to place your orders over the phone or via email. When you email your order it is a massive ordeal that takes weeks to be placed. For example, I emailed in an order on 1st Jan. I heard nothing so emailed again on the 5th. On the 6th I received a reply saying the order would be processed asap. On the 7th I received an order confirmation that had a mistake on it. I replied on the 7th asking for the mistake to be rectified, and I emailed again on the 16th as I heard nothing. On the 28th I finally received my order but the mistake was not rectified and I was missing an item that I am still waiting on.
The company put massive pressure on you to spend huge money, and make things as difficult as possible when you try and spend credit on your account.

I was in shock when I got Dermaceutic Mask 15 expired after 2 months. When I placed the order I chose the product with a 20% discount.I think this is how they attract customers. Actually it is done to get rid of an old product that is about to expire. The product description said nothing about this. This fact left me with an unpleasant impression.

Dr Amanda is always a delight, her advice and treatments are continuing to give me the results I’m looking for and so much more.
