Hi, I haven't received my delivery schedule for 28-29 October because Fastway are in receivership. I was hoping to hear from you about alternative courier arrangements as the development broke 28 October. I understand that many parcels are in transit at present. BBW.

I had a disappointing experience with this clinic. I booked a Bespoke Facial well in advance, but on the day of my appointment I was seen by a different specialist, who insisted that the person I had originally booked with doesn’t perform this treatment and that I must have been mistaken. I trusted their explanation at the time, but later checked my email and found the booking confirmation clearly showing that I was right. This feels very misleading and unprofessional.

While I have no complaints about the person who carried out the treatment — she was polite and competent — the fact that I was misled about my booking is extremely disappointing.

To make matters worse, I later bought skincare products recommended by the clinic and was charged full price, only to find that the exact same products were on sale on their own website.

Both incidents have really undermined my trust in the clinic, which is unfortunate because I had high expectations initially.

I ordered products on August 27th and they have not even been dispatched yet, today is September 3rd.

Really happy with my treatment, the BBL treatment recommended gave me excellent results my skin looks noticeably clearer, brighter, and more even-toned, I have had multiple compliments on my skin since my first appointment. Everything was super professional and well delivered

Arrived very quickly, lovely packaging, and a little gift for me also inside, what a treat!

Ordered a click and collect from Dublin store, 1 item wasn't available after I arranged for someone to collect for me, they said someone had already had collected the order which wasn't ture. They had 1 item and gave that to my daughter and after a phone call and email they said they would post which arrived today but 2 days late as it was a birthday gift. They put 1 mini sample in box instead off adding something for a gesture of goodwill. Very bad service and will not purchase from them again.

Booked 10 treatment program. After 2nd treatment got phone call to cancel 3rd appt because laser machine was broken. Promised to rebook ASAP. Still waiting 2 weeks later

Attended the South William Clinic in Dublin City centre today. The staff were so professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Such a relaxing atmosphere. Roisin is so experienced; a leading expert in her area - I can see the results from my treatment already. I highly recommend the South William Clinic.

They asked if i wanted to collect the serum in store or have it delivered when it arrived. I asked to collect it in store as I work nearby. They delivered it to an address I dont live at anymore :( very inconvenient. I should have just ordered online myself and cut out the middle man.

Delivery was extremely slow, over a week after payment was taken from my bank before dispatch. I had to make 2 calls to customer service

The products are great but delivery takes too long. I always have to ring or email to get it pushed on.

The courier DPD has not delivered yet. The reason for this is the regular driver is on holidays and all I get is supposedly failed delivery attempts when no delivery has even been tried.

Online shopping error and had to call three different staff members before it was resolved.

They won’t reply to my emails or dm! Despite my letting them know and told they would keep an eye!
