Great experience

I did the jetpeel treatment which is advertised as 60 minutes but in my case it only lasted 40 minutes. She doesn't explain the steps each time she starts one and doesn't tell you how long you are going to be with the light on your face, nor what vitamin she has decided to put on your face at the end of the treatment. I am disappointed.

There was a delay in delivery of my parcel, I had to follow up with leaving a voicemail and then following up with another call.
When I did get someone they were very helpful and the parcel arrived the next day.
Also, from an environmental point of view , box was very large in relation to the size of products enclosed , would suggest a smaller box

Good description, well-priced items, easy to order to other countries, in my case to New Zealand, reasonable time of delivery, will order more for my wife 😀

Have been attending Terenure clinic for the last 12-18months and all the staff are lovely especially Aideen, Clodagh & Dr Amanda. Always talk through any concerns before & after and never feel under pressure and always happy with results.

As always, wonderful. We are so blessed in Clontarf to have so many Amenities especially Lucy at The South William clinic. With the sun shining I headed in to South William clinic for my vein treatment. Each time it’s a little less uncomfortable so I look forward to it more and more. On the 3rd treatment now and the difference is huge. I now no longer have to plaster the makeup on my skin, which is just right for me. At 63 I am blessed with the care my skin gets here and it shows. My self confidence has grown too. I think what I like about this beauticians over others is that there is no pretence they genuinely want the best for their clients )

I have had treatments in this clinic with no issues so far. However, when it comes to purchasing products from them, I have placed an order with them and it has been 5 weeks and I have yet to receive the product I ordered. I have enquired with them twice by physically going in to the clinic and each time they have told me "there is a delay with our suppliers and it is arriving next week". My product has still not arrived. I will not be purchasing products that are out of stock from them again after this experience.

The hydra facial I had was so nice and relaxing and left my skin glowing after. The therapist analysed my skin and advised on what treatments would help tackle my concerns, which was really helpful. Overall a lovely experience and I'll definitely be back.

Dr susana in Clontarf clinic is absolutely brilliant , so friendly and professional and I trust her 100% with my treatments. All the staff here are fantastic
