I got a T-shirt and two hoodies with kangaroo bags. The product is very finely made. The goodies are actually autumn like warm and the design is exactly like the photo. I wanted a washed design and it looks very natural!
The product is shipped from China. It took the exact time given at my order for it to arrive. The quality is very high. I am very satisfied!

Amazing customer service . I messed up my order and placed the wrong size. .i reached out and they corrected it and replied immediately ! Great price for value. I wasn’t expecting the shirt to be as silky but it fits just right! (usually a large for me is slightly too big or awkward) and they got the customized number correct. A happy purchase.

The tshirt is amazing, the stitching is fine but the sweather didnt like it at all, I expected a higher quality product; the price-quality ratio didn't meet my expectations. They should rethink the product to improve it.

It is a shame because the designs on the clothes are great, however, after 2 washes the designs have been washed off in many places.
I have contacted them for a refund and the responses I have received are a 10% and then 25% partial refund. This is completely ridiculous and I am entitled to a full refund, with the shipping costs covered by the company!
Do not buy from here unless you want bad quality clothes
Edit: I have had a response to say I would have to cover shipping costs (£25-£40) which should not have to be done when the fault is with the items. I will be escalating this matter further

Not worth it
I really loved the design of the glitch eye cardigan, it’s very soft, and actually very light weight, but it’s also very poorly made. First, it’s not black, it’s a weathered gray that looks like it’s already been worn for five years because it’s printed on a white base. The white shows through everywhere, like the seams and where it stretches. The buttons are the lowest quality I’ve ever seen. They’re easy to mark up and look like they’ve been through a meat grinder. Finally, I’ve only worn it a handful of times and already there are four or five places where strings are pulling out in the middle of the fabric. I was SO excited for this purchase but it left me just as disappointed in the quality. I don’t think the cardigan was worth the $40ish that I paid for it, and I won’t be ordering again.

Shipping takes time but is worth it!!
Shipping took 3 weeks because of customization. I had calculated my product would arrive in a month but was pleasantly surprised earlier!! On the website under order it showed that it hadn't shipped but it had and customer support was there the entire time keeping my mind at ease! The free gifts were cute and much appreciated! The shirts are very nice Quality! They're soft and comfortable. I ordered a large because I like baggy but a medium would have worked. Either way I'm very impressed and happy with my order!! Delivery took almost 2 months. And I believe it only arrived because I was consistently asking about it. Costumer support is kinda sketchy and is run through what’s app. The clothing material is standard. The website leads you to believe it’s from Canada but the package got sent from China.
They did give me a 50% refund but denied me a full refund and a cancel of my order when they had not even prepared the order after 1 month.

Great stuff but took a long time
I'm only reading four stars because it took so long to get my complete order. Otherwise I am extremely happy with the products! Everything was true to size. I am 5'7" and about 170 lb and wanted things a little oversized so I ordered extra larges, except for one cropped sweater which I ordered a medium and it is a tad too small. Sweaters are so soft and beautiful designs. I wish I could include pictures in my review. My sweatshirt / sweatpants set is amazing quality, heavy duty! I got a bunch of free stickers and also a couple Christmas ornaments, although I received those with the second half of my order after Christmas. But all good! Leon was very pleasant and helpful through WhatsApp. I sure am glad it didn't end up being a scam as I spent quite a bit more money than I should have LOL

I’m only rating the customer service because I haven’t received my package yet. To not have delivery listed in the website until after you make your order is very suspicious.
& then I found a bunch of “scam” reviews when googling the website. I’m worried & I better receive my package especially since I spent over $100. I like to track my package with an official link that actually works. Because the link I was sent doesn’t even take me to a page that google can read. Unacceptable. I’m reading reviews that the package came a MONTH later. I ordered 2 weeks before Christmas for Christmas gifts that’s literally the wait time for every other website. There is NO reason why I should wait a MONTH for Christmas gifts. It’s been longer than 7 days & I haven’t gotten a “out of process & moved to shipping” email or NOTHING. I better receive my order or at least get an update in the next few days or I’m calling my bank to get my $$ back.
