Well done Jake, amazing result
Jake came to locate our leak and although another plumber had been in and bored large holes all over our hall and stairway he did not manage to find the leak. Jake was here just a short time before he located the problem and fixed it without adding to the holes! He was very polite and professional and explained everything that had caused the problem.. He reassured us it was not safe and passed the information on for further work to be done which will not involve him. We are so pleased with everything and it really has relieved us of the stress and are confident now that everything will be finished properly and really wish to thank Jake and SOS for their input, there is no doubt Jake is a great asset to SOS. Thank you.

Superb service
Superb service. We were recommended to this Company by our Plumber. It was very easy to arrange the appointment, very efficient service. Karl the Engineer was very thorough and patient because our property has lots of pipework! The leak was found and fixed and more importantly we now have peace of mind that our property is in good order. Would definitely recommend this company.

Underfloor leak
Superb service by SOS Leak Detection Co, not only those in the office but especially Garry who managed to precisely locate a leak from a radiator pipe which was under a heavily tiled floor. His perseverance and meticulous work resulted in less damage to the floor area than was expected. Garry was polite and friendly at all times, explaining the process when asked. Once he had replaced the leaking joint, he made sure the entire heating system was in good working order again and cleared up thoroughly afterwards. I would highly recommend Garry.. he does not give up on any baffling or difficult job. Thank you so much Garry.

Bathroom leak

Unfortunately, our engineer has advised that the stop tap turned but didn’t fully isolate the water, and therefore we were unable to complete a pressure test. The cause of the issue was found during our investigation onsite to be something that an insurance company does not cover. We’re sorry you feel this way, but hope you have more of an understanding about the issue found.

From the initial leak detection to final repair SOS Leak Detection were great at communicating - both when arranging visits, to when engineers attended. The engineers who attended explained everything that was to be done clearly at each stage. Couldn't have wished for more professional, polite and friendly people.

Good communication prior to visit with date and precise arrival time given. Chris arrived promptly and found the source of our leak very quickly. Another company had been out previously and not managed to locate it. Chris was pleasant and courteous throughout and is obviously very knowledgeable. He did a great job, cleared up after himself and gave advice about what would happen next. Highly recommend this company and in particular Chris.

Very happy with SOS leak detection. Visited my property a few times were presise on where the underground leak was and fixed with minimal disruptions then cleaned up to a good standard. Very polite and explained each process that they were carrying out.
