Top class , bloke came out , got straight to it , explained how machine works to detect water , really impressive, went through every option it could be , found the source, explained what could be done to stop this happening again . Definitely recommend to anyone who’s got a leak or issues with water.

The man who attended was very professional an took time to fully assess the issue.
He found the source of the leak under my bath and tightened a cnnection.
He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.
Also explained the bext steps.

I had water coming up through the laminate in my front room. Didn't get the name of the surveyor but this bloke knew his stuff. I'd had all sorts of bad endings running through my head (probably a burst pipe beneath the house, impending doom, etc.), but within 30 minutes he'd traced the source of the leak to next doors faulty manhole. It was a case of someone opening his mouth and saying everything I wanted to hear. Quick, clean, efficient, professional, the list goes on. Can't praise them enough.

A small leak was missed on first visit when made aware of this SOS leak detection arrived within hours to fix it and as far as I know the problem has been fixed.

Ben Courquin from SOS Leak Detection came to my house to perform a trace and access service. He was extremely polite and knowledgeable. He didn't leave until he had fully tested all possible sources of the leak - and then found it. Very impressed with his courtesy and professionalism. Would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of water leak treatment.

Great service the people on the end of the phone were so very helpful and informative in telling us what was going on. We had a couple of visits to the site and on both occasions they all seemed to know what was needed to sort the job. Mess was kept to the absolute minimum.

We had a water leak from our bathroom that caused considerable damage to walls and carpets below. Our insurer arranged for SOS to be appointed to investigate the location and arrange a repair. The booking process was efficient and friendly, and an appointment was arranged for the following day. The technician (Joe) arrived on the agreed day and soon traced the leak to a water inlet pipe. He isolated the area, exposed the pipe with minimal damage to tiling and was able to repair the leak too, thus avoiding the need for a further visit from the plumbers. He kept us fully informed throughout, showed us photos of the affected area and carried out various pressure tests to ensure no other leaks existed. Overall very neat, efficient and professional.

Garry the technician kept us updated with what he was doing at all times and eventually found the leak under the living room floor. He kept damage to a minimum where possible and cleaned up the rubble afterwards. Also made open pipe area safe to walk on as repair could not be completed same day. Good job. Thanks Garry.

Great Staff from start to finish. From the call handler to the engineer who came out to trace the leak. Jake (Engineer) is suburb at his job, he explained everything he was doing and traced the leak under the floorboards very quickly, Jake took the carpet and floorboard up , he marked the pipe where the hole was to identify it for the plumber and also marked the floorboard where the plumber would need to put the nails back in. Cant recommend Jake (SOS) highly enough.

Excellent Job. Sourced the leak in minutes when 2 plumbers have failed to do so. Sourced and sorted a problem that was causing both me and my neighbour a lot of problems.

I felt I was in good hands from the initial contact I had from a lovely lady called Sarah. Joe then came out and went above and beyond to sort out the problem with my water leakage. On his initial visit he stayed until 8.45pm trying to sort things out. He returned a few days later and spent the whole day replacing all the damaged pipes until he was satisfied that everything was running smoothly. Many thanks.

Engineer (Gary) turned up on time as agreed and proceeded to investigate the mains water leak into the property which other Companies engineers had walked away from saying I needed to excavate the kitchen flooring to expose the source of the leak. After investigations and checks we discussed options to proceed and agreed the best way forward was to attempt to repair leak from garage. Gary proceed with the repair and successfully completed the work to enable the mains water ro be restored to the property. Well done all round.
