Bought before realised it was a cheap copy scam, only has speed heat settings all in one. Attachment ends heat off and can’t take off till they cool down! Also linked me into the VIP charging me $7.95 a month! Replied & cancelled on the website.
Just another company ripping people off… don’t buy

The product is cheap quality, I asked to return under their 90 day money back guarantee and kept getting push back with poor excuses or store credit as the only option. I ended up putting in a fair trading complaint and received my full refund.
It’s not to late to get your money back and let fair trading know that this is a scam business!!

It is a good product and it lives up to its expectations. The curler can be challenging at times, however, once you practice and learn it works well!

In terms of delivery, we were charged for delovery (next day) however the product did come a few weeks later. There was also no "how to" manual besides a small pamphlet that ssid what the controls were and the attatchments.

Overall, would recommend the product.

I am useless with styling my hair, this tool has taken the angst out of styling. It’s easy to use and compact for storage and travel.

I live in a small space so I have to make every cm count.
I also like to do my hair. My first career was hairdressing. I am now retired and bought my Sorose hair tools and love them. The tools don't take up any more space than my old hair dryer.
Now I can get rid of it, along with my curling wand and straightener.
This new tool doesn't burn my hair, or my fingers and styling is so easy with the attachments being locked onto the heat and dryer, I have a spare hand to control the direction I want to take my hair.
It's fun, easy and compact to store. So happy with it!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I note they only post positive reviews from Trust Pilot to their webpage. Wish I had checked them out first here before buying. Cheap imitation of goods advertised. Purchased a 5 in 1 MultiStyler Pro in Royal Gold. Looked good and video of how it works was impressive. This company advertises themselves as Sorose Beauty Sydney, so I fully believed it was an Australian based company. Item arrived a few weeks after ordering and when I opened it I realised it was a cheap plastic copy of what they had advertised on their website. Emailed them immediately and requested to return on this basis. Multiple emails later they finally agreed but I must return to a Chinese address, the cost of which with tracking would cost over half of what I paid for the item making a return unviable. I have disputed the transaction with my credit card provider and have photos of the item they advertised and my item as proof they are fraudulent.

Purchased my hair styler, as someone with quite long hair, that has always run out of time to do anything fancy with their hair besides leave it out or pin it back naturally. I love how easy my hair styler is to help me style my hair beyond what I have been able to do in the past. My technique is still a little dodgey, but am extremely enjoying learning to use it properly!!
