The MultiStyler is easy to use and I am overall happy with it. I would of loved a proper Travel Bag with it to take away with me. I also paid for Express Shipping which took over a week.

Love this.
I was able to do my daughter's hair in half the time. No searching for brushes.
I honestly think her hair looks longer after I used the brush attachment to dry her hair.

This product is so flimsy and terrible. I don’t know how they can actually compare themselves to the Dyson. After using it for a day I emailed them saying I’m very disappointed. I want to return it as they had a 30day disappointed and I they won’t give me a refund but a credit to the store for some of the other crappy products. They said they only give the refund for faulty products so now I’m stuck with a flimsy product that doesn’t work on my hair.

Also the reason why they have so many good reviews is a few days after you receive it. They send you an email saying if you leave us a five star review will give you 20% cashback. Sounds like bribery to Me.

The 60-day “try it or your money back” guarantee is misleading. I bought this appliance, it didn’t work for me, and they refused a refund — only offered store credit. Be careful before buying.

I love it. It took me a few goes and some help from the support team - who were fabulous and patient- to figure it out but I did my hair 5 days ago and it’s held perfectly. The how to guide and videos could have more detail.

I had been wanting a hairdryer with the brush attachment so thought for the price it was worth trying. It gives my layered cut such volume & movement. I’m not the best with styling, so at first I did struggle with the curling wands. However, I reached out to customer service they came back to me straight away & explained what I needed to do. On trying again, immediately I was getting the beautiful curls as the videos showed. I am so pleased I purchased this!

I would not recommend anyone buy the sorose beauty 5 in 1 styler.
Paid the $100 + for it thinking it would be an airwrap dupe but I was duped.
Reallllly cheap plastic, it's super loud & not at all hot, and does a bad job dryer. No where to leave a review on their website which I should have realised would indicate the quality of their products.

Well packaged. Beautifully presented in box. Works very well. Takes a little practice to get the best results-well worth it!

Service and communication was very good. I was kept updated every step of the way with the emails. Also Delivered quite quickly. The product is easy to use and for the first time ever I was supper impressed at how my hair turned out with me styling it. This is so much easier than using a brush and dryer.

I was dubious at first, however I was very surprised how true to reviews and advertising it was. So easy to use. The how to video is a must to watch, so you know how to use properly. Love it !

Price was good service and communication was on point and the product itself delivers what the ads say it does. Great product perfect for my needs

Love this product, I was worried it wouldn’t work aswell as it seemed. But I read the reviews and watched videos on it. The shipping was fast, the communication via email was great.

Very happy with my purchase . The curling wand is a little challenging but with a bit of practice I’m sure I’ll improve.

I bought the 5 in 1 Multi styler pro, I used it for the first time this morning and its not worth the $119.00 I paid, its not very hot, very cheap plastic, the video looks like its a airwrap but not they don't move, just plastic rods you put on the blow drier, DO NOT BUY IT.
They don't accept PayPal which is another indicator that they know the product is crap so people don't put claims in.

Wanna give them a zero ! Company is a scam! Refuse to honour money back guarantee. Product is cheap rubbish.

I am really surprised with the product and it done its job. Easy to use and very affordable price. Recommending this to my family and friends.

Not bad, but could be better for the price. Cheap quality, but works ok. Certainly not anywhere close to Dyson quality.
