Scam company. They take your bank details. Do not deliver product. Then take money out of your account monthly. they are uncontactable. BEWARE.

I ordered a product at the beginning of December and after watching tracking it was "apparently"sent to the wrong address and was being returned to sender. I have tried to contact them on numerous occasions and I have had radio silence I guess $144 down the drain. In these difficult times I am very upset. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY EVER!!!!!

DO NOT BUY. I WARN YOU, YOU WILL GET SCAMMED. THEY ARE WORSE THAN YOUR HUSBAND IGNORING YOU.

Worst company ever!! I can't comment on the product because it's been over 6 weeks since I ordered the multi styler & still haven't received it. I've tried emailing them (the only contact details they provide) & I've had no reply & when I go to their website it says this domain is no longer available. Do not buy this product. I believe this company also works under the names of Bondi Curls Sydney & Seesky Multi-Styler so be aware - they're a scam! Very unhappy!

I bought the Sorose hair styler in Nov 2025 and found that the hairdryer was too loud when I switched it on and I decided it was not for me and requested for a full refund. I sent them email and got a reply from this person called Lizzy. She requested to see pics of the products and the box to ensure that they are in good condition. I have to return the products and paid for the courier which comes up to over A$50. In total I paid close to A$200 inclusive of the 2 monthly membership which I didn't sign up for. I have sent them all the necessary documents which they asked for like the courier slip etc. Up till now, Feb 2026, I have NOT gotten a refund from them even though I have sent them numerous email reminders! No reply and no response!!! This is indeed a scam!!! Please watch out and DO NOT BUY anything from this company!!!

What an out and out scam. Cheap, shitty product and no way to contact them apart from an email address which they never respond to. Ive sent 3 emails with no response and now my emails just come back to say the address is no longer registered. They got my hard earned cash for a product that came out of a cornflake packet and now they have disappeared into the sunset. Where is the consumer protection in this country??

I have been trying to get a refund well within the 60 day money back guarantee they offer. But no answer from them. Now they have even blocked my address to be able to contact them via email. Next stop on Monday is Fair Trading for my full refund.

Scam. Paid over $400 for 6 items and they sent only 3 items. Quality of what has been received so far is not great. Complete scam to show they’ve sent items on tracking but in fact they were not received in full. Emails to customer service has been ignored. Beware.

Wish I could give minus stars. My package has not been received and they are taking no accountability and the lack of communication is laughable. Don’t bother

I purchased this for my wife for Christmas. paid $7 for gift wrapping which a 2 year old with printing paper could have done better. The product itself feels cheap and flimsy and after at least 10 attempts its pretty clear it doesnt work.

I've contacted the company multiple times the last month via their website and via email and have still not recieved a response.

The company appears to not have an ABN/ACN and theres no direct contact method or physical address.

Firstly this company states they are Sydney but they have no registered abn in Australia. I have ordered the hair-styler on line and when received was very disappointed with the quality and requested refund on multiple occasions. There was an autogenerated email stating someone would contact me but no one ever got in contact. Further I was charged for some VIP membership I never requested. Please be diligent! I would not recommend this company! Please be buyer beware.

This is an amazing product. I can’t usually curl my hair and my hair wraps around the curling wand attachment so easily and it’s a bouncy natural wave. So impressed and such a great price!

Not impressed. The hair-styler seems good quality and may work for some but it blows my hair around too much, and is quite awkward to use and not ergonomic, especially with having to turn the air on and off constantly as suggested. I wrote to the company one month after purchase to respectfully ask for a refund (as it promised when you buy that you can get a refund within 60 days) and then another 3 weeks later, and have not received an automated email, let alone a reply! It's now been 12 days since my second email and still zip zilch nada response! So disappointed and feel absolutely taken for a ride. If I could give less than one star, I would.

Bought and paid 2 months ago and never received the order, tracking doesn’t work and no one bothered replying emails or to follow up and there is no other way of reaching them. Don’t waste your money total scam, highly doubt all the 5 stars reviews are real !

Rope you into a VIP membership that says free and not until after you have ordered it tells you it will be a monthly charge going forward, took me almost a month to get that resolved. The product itself is so cheap..the dryer brush is ok, but the remainder of the attachments are useless, the curlers are just a a piece of plastic, they don't move, there is nothing to hold your hair in place as you try to curl it, a basic curling iron does a better job. They are also using the name Bondi Babes now to try sell their useless toy. Please do not fall of this SCAM!

Absolutely love my new hair styler. Has cut down my styling time by half. Although shipping did take a fair while absolutly worth it !

I absolutely love my new Sorose hairstyles. It’s so easy to use, fast efficient drying and styling has never been so easy.
The ordering, communication and updates were incredible, and the link to ‘how to use’ was excellent.
I’m grateful for such great service as well as a fantastic product.

Unfortunately, this product is a misleading and inferior copy of the Dyson. The performance is extremely disappointing, and the advertised results are not achievable. What’s more concerning is that critical comments are removed, which raises serious concerns about the authenticity of the 5-star reviews. I strongly advise against purchasing this.
