Just as advertised! Works very well!

BUYERS BEWARE: I purchased from this company and paid express shipping, still haven’t received my order. This companies courier partner has no contact number and no way of actually speaking to anyone about the delivery. This company refuses to assist and help you get what you paid for from their courier partner.

I ordered for a Christmas present leaving enough time according to their advertised
5 -10 days delivery time. I now won't have this gift in time for Xmas. I'm sick of the excuses. I've read another review saving they aren't Sydney based as advertised they come from China! This sounds like the answer to the long delivery.
I'm asking for a refund! Enough is enough!

I have used it only once and it wasn't easy for me to roll my hair in until I sort of got it. I'm sure it will be easy as I get more practice

Great product so compact and versatile would recommend to others

I wasn't completely sold on the product at first given all the hype but with a little patience and perseverance I managed to get my hair curled and quite happy with the result. With a little more practice it will be evn better. I also love being able to nose the brush attachments to straighten my hair from wet to dry. Makes it much easier.

I trued it a couple of times but it was not any good, not enough heat and staying power
I tried to return under the Try it for 60 days to be told that as it had been used on hair it can’t be returned!
I asked how you can try it without using it and their response was as follows :
When we say “try it”, this means you can inspect and test the device safely (for example, turning it on, checking airflow and heat) as long as it does not come into contact with hair.
What a complete rip off .

This was over hyped just a basic brush with minimal heat

Perfect present for my daughter for Christmas. So versatile!

For someone who never styles their own hair this is really easy for me to use. I was genuinely surprised and I am quite happy with the purchase!

First up, this company is NOT Australian based as they advertise. Goods are shipped from China.

In addition to this. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THE VIP membership, you are signing up to be charged $7.95 per months until you cancel. Luckily they did send me an email to advise of this and I have cancelled.

Do not expect that you will be able to return your item as per their 60 day policy if you are not happy with it. The only way you can return it is if it is faulty! Other buyers have tried and been told they cannot return because they have used it. How do you know a product is faulty without turning it on?

I tried to cancel my order before it had even been sent, they refused. They said I could maybe return it after I received it in line with their return policy.

This company is using some very creative advertising techniques but offer very little in terms of customer service and quality of product.

I was a bit skeptical about this product and its much cheaper price than similar hairdryers, especially Dyson. I thought it might be a useless shabby knock-off, but decided to try it anyway. I’ve only had it for a week but am happy to say I’ve been very pleasantly surprised so far. It’s been great for my hair, which is medium length and fine. The only black mark was the time it took to arrive, advertised as an Australian product.

Easy check out of a beautiful looking hair product. I purchased for my mum. I have a Dyson so I was hoping it lived up to the hype. It sure did. Mums hair looks amazing and she said it’s so easy to use.

Hair dryer isn’t as strong as I need for my thick hair but all the attachments work great

I waited a little while to review, to see how the product would pan out. It died after 1mth of use. And I mean 2 x a week use. Not every single day use. Prior to that, it was okay. Motor seemed to slow closer to the end of styling. Was very loud. Truthfully, I wasn't expecting much - I knew it was a cheap AF dupe of a much more expensive brand - but I definitely didn't expect it to stop working within 1mth. Disappointed,

Received mine a few days ago and am loving it so far. The dryer is great once you get used to the shape and the other attachments that I’ve tried have worked well and been easy to use.
