Was skeptical at first, but love the product. Does exactly as described - been using a little over a week now. Nice and light weight. While others complain of cheap connections, I haven’t had a problem with mine if you take care in changing out the heads. I use mine everyday with salon finish from wet to dry hair in 15 minutes and I have mid-length long hair. I have ditched my hairdryer. This product is so easy to use, Love it!

Great value product that worked better than the Dyson! My hair doesn’t hold curls well but this did a good job and I found I could just hold the wand with the left curl attachment upside down to do my right side

Great price, delivered in a timely manner, but needed more protective packaging (box was a little squashed but product was fine).

Very easy to order, price was amazing and the speed of delivery was very fast. The product itself is just what I was looking for. It is extremely easy (and light) to use, I have a weak hand, and this has made drying my hair (and styling it) a breeze.

Best present my daughter received. As a shift worker it’s so easy for her to get salon look quickly and effortlessly. Only wish I had ordered the bag for storage.

- Promotional material is a complete sham & totally deceptive.
- They lie about the 60 day money back guarantee and despite dangerous completely faulty unusable products they refuse to give you your money back.
- They sign you up unwittingly to a VIP service you need to pay for but never wanted and it’s impossible to get out of easily.
- Worst mistake I’ve ever made! Don’t even think about buying it - complete waste of time, effort and money! -100/10

I ordered the tool, stupidly believing their claims of hundreds of thousands of happy customers. Tool has only one speed setting (full bore) with three heat settings. Tends to blow my hair around, but I can work with it. I also ordered the case, thinking it would be nice to store it in. The pictures showed a lovely sectioned case to hold the tool and attachments. It is not sectioned at all and the flimsy insert is useless. Oh, and the "free" VIP membership - just don't! It's not free at all! They won't answer your emails. Will have to block their transactions at the bank end!

Product is ok but whatever you do - DO NOT ACCEPT THE "FREE MEMBERSHIP" they automatically put in your cart!!! After receiving the product, for the following two months they charged me $7.95 (for nothing!) then $52.00 for VIP Club membership which I never signed on for! Still waiting on a response from "service" - apart from an email saying that my 'order' was getting close! Not sure how you send a vip m'ship?!?
I'm sure you'll find the same wave wand elsewhere without the extra charges!

Cheap, flimsy and an absolutely appalling experience. The 5 in 1 dryer arrived wrapped in bubble wrap and duct tape, no box, nor was product wrapped in plastic as you would expect a new item like this to be.
The 'premium leather case' is actually cheap PVC coated material. The lid of the case doesn't close properly and the attachments dont all fit in the case as pictured on the website. Cheap and nasty material. The attachments also arrived in different colours, some were navy and some were black. The dryer is extremely loud but little to no heat comes out of the product.

Got this for a Christmas present and love it. Not being a talented girl when it comes to hair styling this tool is making it easy. Love the brush tools as it drys as it brushes so no more having to hold the brush and the dryer at the same time and I didn’t think it would be able to dry my thick hair but it did with easy. Can’t wait to try the curling tools as I have not mastered that before but this tool makes me feel more confident to give it a go.

Red flags galore.
Avoid this company as they will not take responsibly for a faulty product. The 60 day money back guarantee is not honoured, as they claim to not be able to return ‘Personal products.’
Also the “free” next day shipping actually cost $20, despite saying with the VIP membership, shipping is always free.
The VIP membership is also another scam; $7.95 per month deducted from my credit card!
I’ll be taking this up with the ACCC. These scammers must be stopped!

Not what it makes out to be at all. If hair is wet it will not wrap as it’s to heavy to grab. Even dry the curler struggles to pick up hair. The power is extremely weak took over an hour just to dry my hair. No where near Dyson quality even though FB adds confirm it’s better. Waste of money, cheap china product worth no more then $20. Shipping took close to a month.

Postage was slower than the website promised and the styler came from China, not Sydney but it’s really good.
Getting use to how to use all the tools but did curls last night and they’ve stayed in my hair for 24 hours and my hair usually drops curls within hours

Love the hair styler ! I bought the 6 in one and its fantastic ~ Dries my thick wavy hair faster than a standard hair dryer and with less frizz AND I don't have to coordinate the brush in one hand dryer in the other nonsense :) Highly recommend

This product is amazing. It did take a little while to come but well worth the wait!!!
