1) The only glitch that I find frustrating is the delivery time. I believe it is way too long.
2) The guide of sizes. It is always best as a size chart to put actual sizes for youths instead of heights inches and centimeters. While that can be helpful due to the different individual measurements and body structures, it may be a good idea to ADD actual sizes. Example:
10-12=M…14-16=L…and then the actual measurements next to it.
Other than that it’s a great product!!

I placed an order for ONE SHIRT (Order No. EZT92714) on July 21 and was expecting to receive it by August 2 as I have an event to attend and wanted to wear it. After a week of not receiving shipping or tracking info, I reached out using the customer service email address, and was informed that my order is going to be shipped out asap. If processing is estimated to take 1-3 days and shipping is estimated to take 7-8 days, why are there no updates? The ONE SHIRT I ordered still does not have shipping or tracking info attached to it, and after reading these reviews, I’m not even hopeful the ONE SHIRT I ordered will be of good quality or will actually be delivered at all. You guys are replying saying there’s a hold up with items being out of stock or due to “the holiday”; well communicate that to the customer prior to them leaving a review.

I placed an order for my son’s 16th birthday and back to school on July 16, 2025. Order ID: DSH40789. The order amount was $138.90. I haven’t received no updated information. My son birthday is tomorrow and I don’t have none of his shirts I ordered and school starts August 1, 2025. I am single mother who lives in a budget after his dad passed. I do not have the money to go out and re buy anything. This is so horrible that I will not have the items he wanted for his birthday pictures or his school clothes.
