I’ve been really impressed with Sonagi as a skincare subscription service. From the start, everything feels thoughtfully curated rather than random, which makes such a difference compared to other beauty boxes I’ve tried. The products are high-quality, and you can tell there’s a real focus on skincare that actually benefits your skin rather than just trendy items.

What I love most is how personalised it feels. The selections suit my skin type and concerns, and I’ve been introduced to brands I probably wouldn’t have discovered otherwise. It’s also a great way to build a consistent routine without feeling overwhelmed or wasting money on products that don’t work.

They’ve also gone the extra mile by putting together a tailored birthday gift for my friend, which made it feel really special and thoughtful rather than just a standard set. It’s such a nice option if you’re looking for something a bit more personal to give someone.

Packaging and presentation are lovely too, making it feel like a proper treat each time it arrives. Overall, I’d definitely recommend Sonagi to anyone looking to upgrade their skincare routine, try something new, or even find a more meaningful gift.

I have had these masks for a very long time now. I think that these are great!

Lovely experience recieving different facemasks every month. Easy way to take some time for yourself.

There should be an option for different skin types. Both of my subscription boxes were full of masks more suitable for acne prone skin with ingredients that are the opposite of what my dry very sensitive barrier compromised skin needs. I cancelled after two boxes as I can’t use most of them. It’s a shame.

It was the second time I had ordered several products. Never received the parcel . After daus I have received this:
ust a quick note to let you know that we’ve received your parcel (Order #72172) back from Royal Mail today. According to Royal Mail, it was returned because it was not collected.

If you’d like us to resend it, we’d just need to charge a £5.00 fee to cover the shipping and return costs, as we’re a small company and unfortunately can’t cover these charges for now.

Just jumping in here — I completely understand that it’s frustrating for you that you didn’t receive your parcel. But once we’ve packed your order up and shipped it to you, it’s kind of our of our hands.
Royal Mail told us that you didn’t collect your parcel, which means they charged us a return postage fee.
Even without counting the time it takes us to pack your parcel, it’s cost us close to £10 to ship and then receive back your parcel. We are not some massive corporation, we’re a couple people in an office in London who pack every order by hand.

In this case I will issue you a full refund, but I suggest you buy your skincare from a different company in the future.

Please note that it will take a couple days for your bank to process the refund, but you should receive an email once it has been completed.

So ilegal rude and bad service

I've had a subscription with Sonagi for 7 months now and look forward to receiving my parcel each month. I absolutely love the variety and thoughtful mix of masks included each time—it’s a great way to discover new favourites without breaking the bank. They send out a card explaining each of the choices with each month box which is a nice touch.

I did unfortunately have an issue where one of my parcels was lost by Royal Mail at a delivery office. However, Sonagi’s response completely exceeded my expectations. I reached out, and Andie got back to me the very same day and immediately arranged for a replacement, which arrived just a couple of days later.

Truly remarkable customer service and a fantastic subscription overall—I couldn’t recommend Sonagi more highly!

Great company, great products. All the sheet masks are top quality and it's great to get a good variety every month. Customer service is first class - I had a problem with Royal Mail saying my parcel had been delivered, but I hadn't received it, sent an email to Customer Services and Andie managed to sort it out for me (Royal Mail's fault!) Would definitely recommend this company

I’ve been having these masks for over a year now, and I still look forward to them arriving each month! Such great value and always a varied selection of masks. I make time once a week to use a mask and it feels like a real treat. Great customer service and I love that you get to review the masks each month.

I have been subscribed to Sonagi for a year now and it is my favourite subscription and better than any other beauty box I have ever had. I love using my masks once a week to take some self care time. I love having the option to add products to try or add products you have previously used and enjoyed.
