Terrible do not buy from this place i got scammed for 60 dollar shoes

What is the point of doing a search for a size 9 trainer, to only go onto the website and that size is out of stock - completely pointless, frustrating buying experience (not that I've bought anything due to this).

Scam never buy anything from them. They will charge you for subscription after payment

Seems like the scammers which is the company, only reply to the fake reviews they post. And They post these fake 5 star reviews. That's funny.

They are currently trading as ssonline DONT BUY from them!

Contacted the police and reported them for fraud to national trading standards

I’ve been digging about doing some research on this ‘company’ since they robbed me for a £350 jacket that I’ve never received. Interestingly the director is a 19 year old student! No confirmation of order was received after placing my order but I did get a reply when I queried this to advise that the order had been received. Another 5 messages later on Facebook messenger also and I’ve never been responded too. Seems as though they were conning people in 2015 stopped trading for a while and they’re now at it again! I will be following this through to make sure these thieves are reported

Been waiting over 1 month for trainers paid £90 still not arrived. Page is off Facebook. Have emailing about 10 times still waiting on a reply

Bought brogues shoes. After almost 3 months the heel and gel padding split. Contacted the online support team who responded in 73 hours to advice me to go back to tje sole store i bought them from. I returned to the store in the trafford centre worried i wouldnt be able to get them exchanged or credit i wondered in the store and a young lady helped me. All she required was proof of purchase which i jad and she managed to sort everthibg out. As the store had none in stock she quickly adviced she would have a pair shipped out to my address next day. Today my brogue shoes arrived so a huge thanks the the young lady in the trafford centre. She is a great asset to sole and in my eyes employee of the month. Well done and thanks

Still no trainers 3 months later obviously been scammed little tramps.Clearly writing the good reviews themselves.Do not order from sole warehouse

Stay away from this company there definitely a scam order trainer's months ago and still haven't received any thing sent lot's of emails with no reply there quick enough to take your money but that's about all definitely not a happy customer

No training arrived no tracking number nothing from your company no email reply is no information can you tell me what is going wrong please he just take 70£ from my account am from Liverpool a want some one explain to me what happened how can contact this company

It took 3 weeks for my shoes to come! They said 2weeks or less so i emailed and got 2 responses! It does say they run out time to time and have to go thru another vender. Plus an xtra week to authenticate! My shoes were double boxed so that was cool. Long wait but i got my Jordan 1 mochas! Very clean!

If I could give zero I would.
I ordered 2 pairs of yeezys costing nearly £300 at the beginning of October 2020 and still waiting.Have emailed numerous times with only 1 reply.No date on delivery and No tracking information available to me.
Absolute disgrace of a company and a proper SCAM.Take your money and forget about you.Should be shut down and never allowed to trade again.
If we took peoples money and gave nothing in return we’d be locked up for theft.DO NOT USE

A complete scam, very expensive trainers ordered for my son, can't get hold of anyone,trainers ordered 31st August, no emails from them, I have sent about 20 to them, did finally manage to find a phone number which surprisingly enough doesn't work, don't understand how this company can go on scamming and trading!

Ordered a pair of shoes on the behalf of my son two weeks ago and haven’t heard anything. Our bank actually closed our Mastercard because Solehello was listed as a scam company. Unfortunatelly they had already taken our money....

Avoid this "business" only took over a month to arrive, shoes came in a shabby box message them and they pretty much said it's my problem, it's not how they send them, but it's how I received them.

Bought a pair of yeezys for a family member and they went and bought the exact same pair so i wanted a refund, they were very fast in replying to me via email, refund went it in the next few days.
