Everything worked as expected and the process was smooth and easy to follow. The service was straightforward and did exactly what I needed.
The only small suggestion would be to improve the website. It could be a bit clearer and easier to navigate, especially when looking for specific information. Nothing major, just a nice improvement.

Excellent Services
We have been with Soho66 for many years and have used the virtual reception service for 6 years. The service is excellent, they have taken away the stress of missing calls, which could be missed job opportunities, they send you emails with the recorded phone calls, they are always polite and so very efficient. The technical team is 2nd to non always answer quickly and resolve any issues. I would highly recommend using Soho 66 and their services.

Very helpful support from SoHo66
Reece at SoHo66 went out of his way to help me through the process of signing up for SoHo66 service. It took longer than I thought to sort out, but now it's working fully, everything is very smooth and easy. The only problem I now have is that the phone they recommended has no instructions on how to use it, so I'm learning that bit by bit.
