Software Distribution Omdömen 

Absolute joke of a company. Bought the adobe master collection software bundle which was advertised as coming with classes for the software purchased. Lies complete lies. Contacted wowcher who washed their hands of the transaction (despite selling the voucher for the company). Told to contact software distribution. Problems as follows.

1. Software package to be downloaded was Broken and didn’t install properly despite several downloads and software advertised not in the package as promised.

2 The classes /courses I paid for were not included apparently wowcher made a mistake but they refused a refund saying they would sort something out about both the missing software and courses( which of course never materialised. (These courses have now been removed from the wowcher part of the site)

3. Software unable to save or print files rendering it useless. ( only ever seen this with trial ware that expired before. The install process seems to install patched trial ware and is sold as “refurbished shoftware license”. The package when unzipped contains files marked as trial ware and there seems to be software patched to remove the trial part. I Was promised a teams support call to resolve. These issues.

4. Teams meeting didn’t even happen as the links they sent were invalid. So the meeting didn’t take place despite my teams software fully functioning and giving my details another wasted 3 hours. Was communicating via email explaining their links didn’t work and sent my teams details to them all during the 3 hour windows they put aside so they can’t say I wasn’t available it’s all documented and screenshots taken. Then got email saying they would not discuss this any more but would issue a refund. Waited a few days NO SIGN OF A REFUND either directly to me or via Wowcher.

I decided to contact them again a few times no response however eventually got another email saying the refund was made I just need to wait a few days. However STILL NO REFUND AS PROMISED. So now calling them out on here about it. Offering services they don’t supply, selling broken download software potentially patched trialware, no courses as advertised and no technical support to speak of. Ironically the support was free links they sent didn’t work but contact through normal channels seemed to but at £15 I think for a couple of minutes. Then adding insult to injury no refund as promised or even any indication from my bank or wowcher it has even been made.

Definitely a company to avoid. £100 spent for nothing and no way to claim it back disgusting.

I will update in the near future if anything changes or if indeed this is resolved but I’m not holding my breath.

Now I understand why I was told not to contact adobe as they say it’s not supported by them.

So after waiting a good lot time I can confirm that the issues above have not been resolved. Furthermore the promised refund has not been received and requests for info about where the supossed refund was made to was ignored. Now the company in question appears to have notified trust pilot that ive reviewed the wrong company. All links via wowcher go to this company and the trust pilot links go to this company. I'm guessing this was done to have the negative removed. This is a bonefide review of the poor service and broken promises made by the company. If this company is fake or another company has faked their info to match this one i will immediately change the review accordingly.

So waited more than the max time for a refund to be processed and surprise surprise I haven’t received it despite an email saying it had been issued. Can only assume I have been lied to. I might also be blocked now as all emails sent to them are now bouncing back as undeliverable. Shame on you. Literally wish I could give minus five stars. At least I can understand the reason their high ranking on their site. The only way to check out the feedback is to pay to use the feedback site. Thank goodness for Trust Pilot.

Further update 15 Sept 2023

Pop up on my pc after 30 days from adobe. “This software is unlicensed” you have 10 days to buy an adobe product or the software will be completely disabled. That’s without me logged in or using an adobe account. So proves their refurbished licenses are worth nothing. £100 for 30 days of broken software / not fully working software and no courses. Disgusting customer service.

I purchased their software through Wowcher and was initially concerned as the software download was unsuccessful. I thought I had purchased a useless product but after emailing them they provided clear step by step instructions on what to do and all is working fine. They were extremely helpful and I will definitely use them again.

This company are useless!
I brought a voucher from Wowcher to use with this company it did not work.
They then sent me a link to the software which I downloaded and installed THIS ALSO DID NOT WORK!
The Corel draw application they claim to install is absolute BULL****. It installs their own scam software that does nothing.
They then offered support in which they proceeded to delete system critical files which lead to me having to restore my PC.
Honestly it’s not worth the agro. They are rude and do not agree to issue refunds. They make you out to be the problem it’s actually them and their C**P software.
Very poor service! DO NOT USE! YOU WILL END UP WORSE OFF.

Software-distribution have been fantastic. Their customer service is excellent. I encountered a few problems when initially installing the software I had bought from them, but they were very helpful and efficient in getting me sorted. Straight forward instructions helped me get around the issues I had quickly and easily. I will definitely purchase from them again in the future.

Purchased Autocad software for home projects, had a slight problem with an old version previously installed, Pieter was fantastic at resolving the issue. Great service.

Purchased AutoCad 2022 licence. Had issues at first but customer services was very helpful. I will definitely buy more licences from this company. A+++

I had really a bad experiecne with this company to buy a software and would never recommend others. This company don't have any return and refund policy on their website.

Ordered photoshop licence, 5 days ago, still waiting for email, contacted software distributors still nothing, it’s been resolved now

Aankoop Windows 11 Pro licentie. Initieel vertraging van (digitale) levering, wat correct werd gecommuniceerd. Daags na communicatie licentie ontvangen en probleemloos geïnstalleerd.
Heel sterke prijs/kwaliteit voor licentie.

De aanschaf van een refurbished licentie was eenvoudig en snel geregeld. Betaling achteraf, heb ik ook snel geregeld. Bij installatie kwam ik (in het weekend) een gedeeltelijk probleem tegen dat door SoftwareDistri supersnel en correct werd opgelost. Ik werk al geruime tijd met hen samen en heb nog NOOIT enig misnoegen kunnen ervaren. Top mensen met een top service (zelfs in het weekend) en eerlijke producten. Zeker een aanrader voor diverse refurbished software.

I am highly pleased with the Autocad 2022 software that I purchased from this company.

Once I received the instructions from Software Distribution it was easily installed onto my PC in a matter of minutes.

Will consider further purchases of software from this company, if and when the need arises.

Contact opgenomen, keurig te woord gestaan en geen enkel probleem.

I purchased 3 licenses through Wowcher however like others on here the redeeming of the Wowchers didn't work out to start with until Software distribution helped out by upgrading the licenses to the entire Master Collection just like that. Software distribution also was on hand to answer my questions in English, great customer service from a great company.

Great value product. Corel graohics suite 2022 for under £100! Plus top customer service who were really quick to assist.

Licenses were purchased through wowcher but fulfilled by Software distribution. The automatic process didn't work but their support processed the order by hand in under 3 days. Even thought SD are based in belguim there were no language issues and all comms we done without issue in English. Very happy with service and will use them again.

In november heb ik bij dit bedrijf een laptop, twee desktops en software gekocht. De laptop ging stuk bij de derde keer opstarten.
De laptop is terug gebracht voor reparatie dat is nu vijf maanden geleden. Net zoals Pieter deed bij zijn eerdere bedrijf Office software komt hij iedere keer met toezeggingen die niet waar gemaakt worden en leugens.
Zo had hij mij gezegd dat de laptop al op de post gegaan was en dat hij mij een track and trace gemaild had.
Ik overweeg om aangifte te doen van oplichting.
