I purchased the refurbished license for the Adobe products. However there was an installation problem with Adobe Acrobat Pro. I emailed them at 17:05 and they emailed me the fix for the problem 8 minutes later.

Refurbished licenties gekocht via een online veilingmaatschappij bij Software Distribution voor Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop en Indesign. Voldoende informatie bij de levering van de licenties en in geval van problemen zijn ze vlot bereikbaar en behulpzaam.

Quick and simple shopping experience. Software worked first time with following instructions provided by the distributor. Would recommend to anyone.

Halverwege vorig jaar had ik een refurbished license gekocht op Adobe Master Collection via 'aktievandedag.be', waarbij Software Distribution de reseller is.
Recent had ik problemen met deze licentie. Na dit te melden, kreeg ik binnen de 24 uren een gedetailleerde uitleg van Pieter van Software Distribution hoe dit te fixen. Nogmaals dank!

These Guys are absolutely amazing they really go the extra km to help you.
I had a problem with part of an adobe program not wanting to install I emailed them in the morning had to rush over to A&E for stomach pain and when I got back late this afternoon the guys had resolved my issue with my program how quick is that first class service from a great company though my pain hasn’t gone away these guys have given me a positive lift today by getting something done very quickly that I could not tackle on my own cheers Guys :-)

Bought a refurbished licence from Wowcher and was slightly worried after seeing a few unhappy reviews on here.
However, it was quite easy to follow the instructions and install- and im not super tech savvy. So far so good and no issues whatsoever with it! Very happy. Kat

Hardware moet je niet bestellen bij deze oplichters. Je moet vooruit betalen, er wordt niet geleverd en je kunt fluiten naar je geld. Inmiddels ben ik er al maanden mee bezig. Ik heb nu online aangifte van oplichting gedaan bij de Belgische politie.

Supersnelle service, werkt iets niet dan wordt het direct opgelost. Heb meerdere keren hier besteld en zal het zeker weer doen, topbedrijf!

Ik kreeg t uitpakken eerst niet voor elkaar, na overleg en advies een ander uitpak programma ipv win.zip dus win.rar gehanteerd en toe was t zo klaar. Heb al meermaals wat besteld en ben erg tevreden met zowel de software alsook de hulp. Kreeg zelfs appje met vraag of alles was gelukt.

5 sterren waard omdat er zeer snel en vakkundig gereageerd wordt als je een probleem met een van de programmas doorgeeft. Als je het zelf niet kunt verhelpen krijg je via teamviewer de nodige hulp

Goede klantenservice en denken graag met je mee bij eventuele problemen. Daarnaast breed en actueel assortiment.

heb al meerdere programma's gekocht, en alles werkt altijd prima.
dit weekend kreeg ik een foutmelding bij Photoshop en Illustrator,
maar dit werd binnen 2 dagen prima opgelost, door een mailtje, met duidelijke beschrijving en toelichting om dit te verhelpen.

I bought this deal on Wowcher believing it to be genuine. It was sent out very promptly and I read the clear pdfs before installing.

1. Installed software and had a message from Adobe saying this was unlicensed and would be disabled unless I bought the genuine license.

2. Thought I had made an error so did a complete uninstall and reinstall. I tried to use photoshop it wouldn’t allow to me to print or use filters.
Within 15 minutes I had the same Adobe Message informing me of unlicensed product although I have a serial number sent via the company I bought it from.

2. Opened premiere pro and again many of the things wouldn’t work and rendering wouldn’t work.

3. I contacted the company whom informed me to disable my windows defender or antivirus which I am not doing.
They offered to do a team viewer
Meeting to show me how to install.

4. I approached Adobe who explained the license I had was invalid and been sold to many others across the world. They helped me by advising me to uninstall and check out the Adobe genuine service link on their website.

5. Wowcher do not seem to understand this merchant is selling licenses that are old and invalid.

6. I understand this was a refurbished licence and it’s not illegal to sell such licenses, I would still expect the licence to be valid and for all parts of the program to work and get error messages from
Adobe warning me of disabling.

7. I shouldn’t have to work offline, or disable antivirus or windows defender to have a program work. That’s totally wrong.

8. All I want is a refund so that I can now pay for a genuine fully working program.

No one seems to really want to help. This licence is useless to me.
