The website felt calming to browse. The photos gave me a good idea of what I was ordering so there weren't any surprises when everything arrived.

I ordered a top and pants. The material was incredibly thin and flimsy and not at all what was advertised. I immediately requested a return, before they would proceed they wanted pictures of the items and original packaging. I sent those, they deemed them acceptable and informed me that even though the package I received had been sent from the USA I would have to return it to China. The cost of which would be over 200 dollars. They told me I could keep the items and give them away and order something else from their “collection”. I have since disputed the charge with my credit card. Never order from this company it is a scam!!!

I wish I had checked this website before I placed an order. Their business model is to have the manufacturer, typically in China, shipped the product directly to you. If you want to return it, you have to return it to China! Big cost, and big hassle. Don't do business with this company

Misrepresentation of product. Picture on line is nothing like what I received! No tag, no nothing. They asked to take a picture of the tag and barcode. I don’t have anything other than a cheap Temu looking skirt in a plain bag. I would give minus 10 stars! Do not order from them. Now they want to charge 100$ for me to return this item via DHL. I sent pics of the description on website. It clearly states cotton. They should be banned from the internet.

I orders v-neck flowing satin blouse in blue at price of $64.95 plus tax…..waited forever, checking statuses…finally get a reply the color not available and given options to select another color - again waiting, waiting because it’s coming from china. Just got the package, opened excitedly and it’s not the same blouse. I received a button down shirt and the sleeves are different sizes. It looks like a shirt I made in home economics one year in high school. A total wreck!!!! Avoid this place a their other sites it’s a scam!!! They are peddling this shirt at different prices - so be forewarned -

Avoid! They are selling really cheap products highly marked up. When you try to return an item, they ask you to find an item for the same price, and will charge you shipping and handling. If you insist on retuning an item, they want you to take photos of it and the packaging before they will authorize, making the process as inconvenient as possible Don't waste your money or time.

This is a sham!! Do NOT buy from this web site. I have written 3 emails over 3 weeks and have not where to send back my items. Horrible!

Poor quality garment. Slow delivery time. Delays in issuing return instructions, including address. Do not order from this company!

The item sent is not as described, synthetic material when it was advertised as being made of linen. Construction of garment is sloppy, unclipped threads, no tags attached, uneven seams. Return process is unreasonable.

Horrible scamming merchant, STAY AWAY! They claim to be from the Netherlands, but they are from China. This is a Chinese scam website. Their merchandise is cheap, poorly made, and looks nothing like the photos or descriptions. If you want to return your order, you will have to pay for the postage and send it back to China. Even if you do ship it, they will give you the hardest time with the refund and refuse to grant it.

I purchased an $80 pair of pajamas from Soft & Sleepy because the product description stated they were cotton. When the item arrived, the garment label indicated 98% polyester.

I contacted customer service and requested either a prepaid return label or a full refund due to the discrepancy between the advertised fabric and the product received. The company repeatedly declined both requests and instead offered partial refunds and store credit while requiring me to absorb the return shipping costs.

After multiple attempts to resolve the matter directly with the company, I filed a dispute with my credit card issuer and was refunded.

My advice to prospective customers is to carefully review product details and keep documentation of listings, labels, and correspondence should any issues arise.

Tried to return a robe that was basically see through and made of extremely flimsy fabric. After dozens of back and forth emails, they made me send a picture of the item before sending me a return form. That is when I found out it was from China and I would have to pay who knows how much to return it. Never will use this company again. It is a sham and a rip off!

I ordered in bulk for a bachelorette party and was sent the wrong items. I emailed their customer service as their number is not in service and their customer service told me the only option was to pay for the return cost myself and they would refund me. It’s a large shipment to china. I told them the product is incorrect and they denied it saying it was the correct product. I have the photo of what I ordered versus what they sent me which is identical to another product on their site. They won’t do anything and I spent so much money. It’s a scam website and the clothes are cheap.

The items I ordered did not match the description (colour, style or size). The labels had been cut out of two of the three items prior to despatch and so could not be returned. In any case the return address was Shaoxing City in Zhejiang China and I wasn’t willing to incur any further cost in returning the items.
