Used these guys to source a few pairs of trainers and can hands down say their customer service is second to none. The punctuality of which I received my items was amazing. 10/10 would definitely use again.

10/10 absolute 5* service. If I could give the team a higher star rating I would. The process was easy and quick, from messaging them directly on Instagram regarding the balenciaga trainers I wanted, to payment, to receiving them hand delivered and perfectly wrapped and packaged to my front door within a few days, not to mention the trainers they sourced were around £80 cheaper than the retail price. I could not recommend Sneaker Velocity enough and will continue to buy my designer trainers from them. Also looking forward to see what other pieces they can source for me.
