Best trainer company Iâve ever used
Best trainer company Iâve ever used, packaging was perfect and everything comes looking very smart.
I will 100% be using them again, trainers are 100% real no worries about fakes and delivery was quicker than expected.

So purchased a pair of yeezys just overâŠ
So purchased a pair of yeezys just over a week ago worn them twice for about 2 hours they are starting to come away on the material where if I carry on wearing them will turn into a hole when I got in touch they said nothing they can do I worn them I said but a ÂŁ300 pair if trainers shouldn't be like this already they said sell them on a selling page to get some your money back then said I can have discount on my next purchase as if am gonna buy from them again

We're sorry to hear you are not happy with your experience.
As per our previous conversation, our refund policy states the below:
"We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for exchange or refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Youâll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Products that have been purchased on a 'pre-order' basis.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery."
As the item has been worn and is therefore no longer in it's original condition with the tags detached and it has exceeded the 14 day grace period, unfortunately cannot accept a return on your order as per our policy terms, albeit frustrating.
As discussed, should there have been an issue upon receipt of your order, we would have been more than happy to return and refund the trainers, however as this issue arose following the use of them, this is now out of our control. We are resellers and not the manufacturer of the goods purchased.
As a gesture of goodwill we did attempt to offer you a generous discount on this and future orders, to which you declined. This is what led us to advise that the best way for you to recover your funds would be to sell on the secondary market should you not want the trainers anymore.
Again, we are very sorry that you are not satisfied with your experience, we truly value your custom.
