I brought in my 20-year-old Nikes, which had seen more battles than a pair of medieval knights’ boots. The soles were flapping like a Labrador’s ears out the car window.

Enter Sneakers ER: part cobbler, part sneaker surgeon, part magician. They took my wheezing, retirement-age trainers and gave them a second youth.
The repair was so good I half expect Nike to ask for them back as a museum piece. My shoes went in looking like they’d survived a zombie apocalypse and came out looking like they’ve only survived a brisk walk to Nippon Kitchen.

If they can resurrect my pension-plan sneakers, they can fix anything short of the Titanic. Highly recommended.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Sneakers ER at Selfridges Oxford StreetI brought in suede Zara shoes for cleaning, and they came back discoloured , with visible marks and a cut that wasn’t there before. Management acknowledged a difference in colour but refused to take responsibility or offer a refund. I was basically told the damage was due to the delicate material. If you care about your shoes. I’d strongly recommend going elsewhere – no accountability and poor service.

Really regret going there. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Been using the chaps for years. Products are top drawer. They know their stuff.

Prina was excellent in her customer care service, not to mention the rest were extremely helpful and exceeded expectations in delivery, but I would love to give this place a 10 out of 10 as they give me more than I expected for a good experience

Came here to get my white pattas cleaned but wasn’t hopeful due to the state they were in but i spoke with Prina who reassured me they could get them looking like new and she was not wrong!!

10/10 service and 10/10 team.
Can’t recommend enough to anyone who’s looking for a place to sort out their shoes or even find some new pieces

Great service start to finish, needed some suede trainers cleaned same day for a flight the next day. After emailing over I got a quick response letting me know they could do the job and after taking the shoes in they got cleaned then and there also with no charge. Staff were knowledgeable, friendly and very good at their job. Would highly recommend.

These guys could not have been more helpful. Took the trainer and got the stain out of them. And wouldn’t take a single penny for it. First class service. I’ll be back all my trainers to be whitened etc. and really nice people as well. Long while since I’ve experienced such good customer service. Thanks guys

Brought a pair of shoes in to receive their £125 treatment, only to get them back to find they had dyed my shoes the completely wrong colour! Possible the worst customer service, took over two months to complete, zero communication, had to go over six times to the shop because I was never notified or falsely notified. Considering that my shoes were valuable and the cost of the service is not cheap either I could not be further from disappointed. They failed to remove the neon dye that now makes my shoes look like clown feet and will probably not want to wear again. Delusional owners and mangers who offered no compensation ever for the terrible service. Absolute scam and unqualified. If there are any errors on their part, be aware that you will not be compensated.

The gentleman Blair was very helpful. Spoke to him on the Monday and then dropped my trainers in on the Tuesday. Spoke me through what he could do to help and not in an overcomplicated way either. Made me a coffee after too.

Ruined my sneakers, very expensive miu Miu seeded, they look worst now after the cleaning, than before, They scratched it and they look so dirty. I only worn them twice. Now I need to put them in the Bin. Thanks to you
