I had my tote bag recently cleaned I actually thought it could not be saved as it had a big ink stain on it and spillages on it but got a call within 1 day and it was great news. They managed to clean bag and remove several satins. Looks amazing. Also had a few pairs of shoes soles been done. Great service and staff are really friendly. Thanks x

Fantastic job of covering toe scuffs on my Louis Vuitton trainers. New laces and they even gave them a clean too! So impressed with the job that I had to leave a review which I never do!
Rang them and said I was going away and they got them to me day before- brilliant service. Would definitely use them again . Truly excellent lads deserve to do well.

From start to finish, clear communication and the turnaround was super fast. The guys have done an amazing job on my Chanel and Dior bag, and shoes, delighted eith the results. I cannot recommend this business enough for anyone who has luxury bags needing a wee bit of TLC, its great to have this service in Glasgow. Highly recommend 👌.

I have used Sneaker ER a few times and have always been happy with the job on my trainers. Good, friendly bunch of guys . Will definitely keep using them. On my last visit they replaced laces for free as they couldn't get them as clean as they wanted.

5 star service from Craig. Would highly recommend. My visit to SneakersER was a last ditch attempt to remove a stain from the front of one of my trainers. Craig had worked his magic in a matter of minutes. Will definitely use again!

I sent my Loro Piana Summer Walks to this company to have the soles repaired, paid the full price, and the result was extremely disappointing. They did a poor job — it looks like almost nothing was done to the shoes. This company is all about flashy marketing on social media, but when it comes to actual service, it’s a complete scam. A total waste of money. Please stay away from them unless you want to be ripped off.

The service at SneakersER was excellent. My trainers were in a pretty rough way, with scrapes to the paint and the guys were all very helpful. The results were much better than I expected and the trainers now look new again.

The service is quick & they are great especially with adidas spzl & originals they explain how they get marks out & how to keep them in good condition .
Special mention to Craig who helped me with a pair of trainers i thought i was going to have to write off . Cleaned them up no problem as good as new.
