Amazing product and quality!!

I published my first art book "Weird Dreams in Crazy Times" with ProfiFoto and Snap Collective. Working with Natalia and Alexander was always pleasant and uncomplicated. And then the book finally arrived! I am impressed by the quality and have received consistently positive feedback!
I hope that this is not the last project I have implemented with Snap Collective!

The print quality of the books are very good and the publishing team is very friendly and supporting. Only the layout competence could be a little bit better, but if the author has a clear idea of the layout and can make his own specifications, then it will work very well.

We recently published a 2nd edition of our book with Snap Collective (first edition was published in 2022) and had a great experience!
The team was very professional as usual, and was very patient and understanding of all our needs as artists.
We'd love to mention Elena, the editor, who worked with us for over a year and helped us get the best results.

It has been a dream project to have a retrospective of my work published. The entire process working with Charlotte and her editorial and design team at Snap Collective was a joy from the start. Customer service was help when I ran into an issue with shipping.

allways a good services and a perfect qualität in bookprinting

I wanted to buy a book to help one of my favourite artists in following his dreams. Honestly, this publisher is questionable with their shipping costs: I got asked €23 for the shipping, from Germany to France! That's crazy, absolutely nuts. I can call UPS or DHL and they will charge me only €15 for a 48h delivery within Europe, considering that this would be the price for a private, not a company. I'm sorry for the young artists willing to do affairs with them, but there's no way that I'm going to spend that amount of money for a medium sized A4 book (€105 incl. shipping!).

I have received two weeks ago my first art book which is published by Snap Collective and the final result is a piece of art itself.Snap Collective is an amazing world wide team and my experience collaborating with them is unforgettable and i made new friends.

Ich habe von Snap-Collective ein wunderschönes Buch eines Künstlers erhalten, den ich auf Instagram entdeckt habe. Der gesamte Prozess verlief sehr unkompliziert. Ich nutzte die Möglichkeit, das Buch als Vorbestellung zu einem günstigeren Preis zu erwerben. Von der Qualität des Drucks bin ich begeistert: gestochen scharf, mit großartigen Farben und hochwertig verarbeitet. Ein beeindruckender Hardcover-Bildband. Vielen Dank! Insgesamt eine großartige Möglichkeit, Künstler und ihre Werke zu entdecken und zu sich nach Hause zu holen. Ich werde definitiv weiter stöbern und sicherlich wieder bestellen.

Schnelle Lieferung & wertiges Material das den Abbildungen mehr als gerecht wird. Ohne die Haptik würde was fehlen & im Regal oder auf dem Tisch ist es ein gehobener Hingucker. Lieblingsbuch, 10 von 10.

Ich habe mit snap collective zusammengearbeitet und ich muss sagen ich habe mich rundum wohl und gut beraten gefühlt. Die Bearbeitung meines Buches war effizient, jede Änderung wurde direkt umgesetzt. Ich konnte den kreativen Köpfen des Verlags aber auch freie Hand lassen ohne mir sorgen zu machen. Die Kommunikation war hervorragend woraus sogar starke Freundschaften entstanden. Mehr als nur ein Verlag. Das snap collective wurde zur Familie.

I've bought 4 books from these guys during a Christmas discount : SOLO, DetailsThatMatter, Permanent and Framed.
The delivery was quick and without any issues, the books were very well packaged and there was no damage during the transportation at all.
The books themselves are just amazing. I've bought "Permanent" as a gift to my friend architect, as it's a great book with architectural photos. The print quality, books design and overall look and feel are amazing. Thanks to "Snap" for their hard work designing them and finding amazing authors!

We've placed an order for the book SEX MONEY PIZZA PARTY BY JARED KOCKA for our studio, intending to use it as a coffee table book. I must say, this tome is an absolute masterpiece when it comes to capturing one's attention. The quality is truly splendid. Admittedly, the delivery did take a bit of time, what with me residing outside the EU, but rest assured, it was worth every farthing. I shall certainly be returning for further purchases in the future.

Exploiting artists for their work. Don't even pay their artists to make these books or get a profit from the sales. Terrible quality of printing, no thought put into it. GOOD artists but BAD books.

Worst ever customer service and book purchase with Snap collective .

Follow up on the latest update on My Order #5319) : Time Travelers by Selaru Ovidiu since it almost 13 weeks already after my purchase on 22 Oct 2023?

FYI, you mentioned that it was in the last stages of production in your e mail dated @29 Dec 2023 (2 weeks ago) and you will be checking with your colleagues in your e Mail last week on 12 Jan 2024.

Can you please show more urgency to follow up with my book delivery because it is simply unacceptable for not delivering my book after 13 weeks (3 months ) ? In addition , the wrong photo book delivery ( Time Travelers by Petra Gerwers) back in Nov 2023 is embarrassing and unprofessional .

Please revert by 18 jan 2024 or I will escalate my bad review on your company in social media .
