5 months = no tracking #

This company has given me the runaround since July 2023.

I haven’t received a tracking number after months of paying.

Dear Dione,
Thanks for getting in touch.
The book is still in production. We don't have it in stock. It usually takes 10 weeks for the book to be printed and shipped to the buyers. The reason is that a high-quality thread bound book requires a highly complex process of manual craftsmanship, different machines and long distances to achieve the result that will ultimately delight our artists. For example, each individual book travels 1,000 km across three locations to be finally released. Every single book is processed on 9 different machines and taken into their hands by about 15 people.
So, you will receive your book in any case. We will send you a notification with the tracking number.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service, tracking didn't work and notifications of pack in route not existent. Randomly show up at my door no joke MONTHS after purchasing way past the estimated time of arrival.

The product is amazing, and the opportunity to pre-order as well. Unfortunately, production took longer than expected. Had to send several e-mails before getting an update on delayed delivery. I Like your company, communication could be a bit better.

Great pictures, bad service

I think the artist's pictures are great and I'm glad I bought the book. But the waiting time of over 16 weeks with no communication from your side was really bad. I would have been happy about a short feedback, so at some point I thought that it was fraud and I lost the joy in the book. Also the quality of the book is not good, it is printed crooked.

I'm disappointed by the service of Snap collective. On the 25/9/22 I purchased Wonder By Matthew Mills and I haven't receive the book. I've contact the and they never reply the email, I've have contact the autor witch is friend of mine and he don't even received an answer from them.
