Best Service ever
Due to my ordering error, I received the wrong case for my phone. I emailed Snakehive and immediately received a response offering an exchange and giving me instructions as to how to return the case i ordered incorrectly. Upon providing them proof for mailing, they emailed me immediately to tell me the exchange had been made and they would be sending me the new case. So many companies love you when you are a prospect but once you become a customer and in particular if you have a problem, they go dark. Not Snakehive. They love you when you are a prospect and even more when you are a customer. The service is incredible.

I use a waterproof spray to keep it clean being nubuck leather - it ages super well I had the first one 2 years ago- still going strong but fancied a new color- ) I get lots of compliments

Real leather for a good price
I ordered a leather case for Google Pixel 8 Pro and I'm very satisfied. The case fits perfectly, the colors are exactly as on pictures. One downside I've noticed is that the case gets scratched easily. Maybe it requires some leather polish?

Am 01.05. wurde eine Bestellung aufgegeben. Bis dato nichts gehört. Eine Email geschrieben und plötzlich existiert der Artikel nicht. Stattdessen würd mir nur angeboten den gleichen Artikel in einer anderen Farbe zu nehmen oder einen Koffer?! Sehr unseriös.

Great quality product, I and my wife have used the phone cases for several years without any problems with the fit and function. They always outlast our phones which are usually 4 years old when we change them and in perfect condition due to the Snakehive cases.

I’m very disappointed with this screen…
I’m very disappointed with this screen protector. It was a complete waste of money. It does not stick properly to my Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Plus, and I ended up with a massive bubble that would not go away no matter what I tried. Honestly, the £1 case I bought on eBay is far better than this. I would not recommend this product at all.

Not sure what to make of these guys
Initially I placed an order and immediately realised I forgot to change the shipping address - I'd used SHOP to send a gift to my nephew and it saved his address. Bizarrely, even though I contacted them straight away, it was too late to change the address, so I can only assume they're buying in and selling on - fine. I've finally got my goods and you guessed it... it's not what I ordered. So that's me done, with you.

Immediately cracked
Purchased a case and put it on. It was extremely tight fitting. Noticed the cut out for the charging port had immediately cracked. Contacted Snakehive to request a return as it was quite an expensive case and you wouldn’t expect to crack immediately. They refused the return request. Seriously? Never again. Absolutely disgusted.

Wrong case
I ordered a Pixel 10 Pro XL case and received a case for a Pixel 10a. The difference isn’t subtle. The case is significantly smaller and the camera cutout doesn’t come close to lining up.
It’s completely unusable. What makes this worse is that the box is labeled Pixel 10 Pro XL, which means this isn’t a simple picking error; your quality control failed at multiple points. Instead of fixing the problem, your support team who I have been in contact with via email required me to take and submit several photos to prove something that is incredibly obvious. Before you respond and tell me to email you, I already have.
Customers should not be doing your quality control for you after you send the wrong product.
The case I received appears to be well made, but that’s irrelevant because it’s not the product I ordered, cannot be used, and there has been no resolution; no refund, replacement, or exchange has been provided. This was a frustrating and unnecessary experience.
