We used Peter from Snag Doctor Southern…
We used Peter from Snag Doctor Southern to repair our chipped resin shower tray. Peter was absolutely brilliant, being very responsive, friendly and superb workmanship. I was convinced we would have to have the whole tray replaced but Peter skillfully repaired it and the actual repair is virtually invisible. To say I am impressed is an understatement. Thanks Peter and we will certainly use you again, highly recommended.

Brilliant job
The company were easy to deal with. Sent over some photos and I got a swift call out. The guy doing the repair was great. Really helpful and he had no problem that I was up 2 flights of stairs. Came on time and the job was done brilliantly. I am very happy.

Have used Mark from Snag Doctor Kidderminster/worcester/dudley area on a couple of occasions now to repair a cracked tile around the hearth and repair a cracked shower tray. Absolutely brilliant work!! I cannot thank him enough for the quality of his repairs and the outstanding customer service, the price was excellent value for money as well

Snag Doctor's repair of a cracked shower tray
Snag Doctor's repair of a cracked shower tray was a disappointment. Despite paying £156 for a just over one-hour job, the tray cracked immediately after use. Mr. Karl Howarth, initially responsive, went completely silent when I reported the issue and requested a refund. This experience was a waste of money and time. Think twice before choosing Snag Doctor for repairs.

Hi Robert, Please see the below response from Karl (West Yorkshire franchise owner) on google:
'Hi Robert, as stated in correspondence before you instructed us to carry out the repair on the shower tray we advised that the crack repair would not be guaranteed as there was a possibility the crack could return. You asked us to attempt the repair in knowledge of this. This was also stated on the invoice when the work was completed. In terms of a refund no request of this has been received apart from a message to say the crack had returned. We are sorry the repair was not successful on this occasion but this was fully explained before we were instructed to attempt the repair.'
