Snag doctor South East - avoid like the plague. They can only be described as a bunch of cowboys. Appalling service - ended up causing more issues when dealing with the first call out issue. Head office are rude and unhelpful. Avoid - Avoid - Avoid !!!!!

David from Snagdoctor Northeast came to my new build home to carry out quite a large number of repairs.I just can not praise the service that I received from him highly enough. He is meticulous in every aspect of his job. He arrives with everything he needs, he gets on with the job and leaves making no mess. He treats your home with respect taking his shoes on and off as he leaves or enters your home. I am a perfectionist and not easily pleased . He has repaired, amongst other things , high gloss oak doors and you would never even know that they were damaged! Great value for money and professional service.

Henry from Snag Doctor Dorset attended my property to repair a burn to a work top. Initially very happy, great repair, could barely see the damage from the burn and had saved us a lot of time and money. He popped back to rectify a small issue and has done another fantastic job. I appreciate Henry coming back to sort the issue. I'd recommend!

Snag Doctor and Andy did a great job of repairing bricks & mortar and tinting our extension brick front. Andy had a very impressive attention to detail and checked with us throughout the work. We would definitely recommend.

We had Ben from Snag Doctor East Yorkshire out to repair a worktop that had split whilst we were having a sink replaced. If he could not repair it we were looking at a huge cost to replace all the work tops. He went over and beyond to fix the problem and did a great job. Very very happy.

Has my tile repaired on Thursday, the lady that did it was absolutely outstanding! I physically can’t tell where the crack was. The crack was very bad, people would genuinely think she replaced it she did that much of a good job! Would highly recommend to anybody. Wow! During an inspection a sink was accidentally damaged. Snag Doctors responded quickly, gave a competitive price and did a great job at fixing it. You wouldnt know it'd been broken! Well done!

Luke from Snag doctor, Cardiff did an excellent job, sanding and oiling our woodblock worktop. He managed to remove some really nasty stains and has brought it back to as new condition. He was very tidy, created very little dust and cleaned up before he left, would highly recommend.

Nick came out and repaired 2 holes in high gloss tiles and a repair to a kitchen door. What can I say apart from "this man is a magician". I can't see any previous damage and colour match was amazing. Thankyou

I had Corian kitchen worktops that were badly scratched and in need of a refresh. Luke from Snag Doctor Cardiff did an absolutely amazing job. The worktops are as good as the day they were installed. Had a chipped kitchen floor tile repaired by snag doctor in South Yorkshire. The guy was friendly and professional. The repair is fantastic you genuinely cannot see where the chip was. I would 100% use again and would recommend.

I used Luke from Snag Doctor South Wales to repair my kitchen floor tiles. These were damaged, some with chips or slight cracks, but others with significant cracking.

Over two days, Luke worked to fill, smooth and paint over the tiles, to the point where I can't actually tell which were the damaged tiles! He was also very professional and pleasant, turned up to quote and do the work when he said he would, and the cost was significantly cheaper than replacing the whole floor.

I have absolutely no hesitation in highly recommending Luke from Snag Doctor South Wales - indeed I had recommended him to a work colleague before the job was completed! I'll also be calling him back to do some other repair work for me.

Very poor service. Repair quality was awful. Told various things but none of it was true. Was spoken to in an aggressive / threatening manor when questioning the repair. Told the repair would be re-done but then become difficult to get hold of and non responsive. I would not use this company again for any type of repairs, I would rather replace. Overall experience, horrendous!
