Ordered a Samsung tablet with Tracked…
Ordered a Samsung tablet with Tracked delivery on 17 October. Told it would take 3-5 days by Parcelforce.
Still no sign after 11 days and NO emails and can't call them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Update - they have refunded me in full at last. I don't think they ever had the tablets in stock thogh

Really confusing company considering…
Really confusing company considering some customers seem really happy and others like me never got their orders. Luckily my credit card company are now investigating this, but I ordered a fridge freezer and was told delivery would be 5/7 days. It’s now been 10 days and I cannot get hold of anyone from the company via phone nor email and now I see my order has been moved to ‘on hold’ which makes no sense as they state they have plenty in stock. Definitely avoid.
