I received information emails with VIP customer discounts, but nothing works! Your discount codes don't work either! You don't respond to emails. It's a Mickey Mouse company in my opinion.

Ordered product with 5-7 days delivery. It's now 16 days later. Emailed twice and waited on hold for 10 minutes on the phone. Now trying to get money back through my credit card. Waste of time.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
A weeks has passed on an item that was next day delivery. Tried to contact numerous times, No answer to E mails, No answer to any of the phone calls I’ve made!
After reading previous reviews this seems to be happening to loads of people!

AVOID this company!!! You will lose money and waste your time. This company took money, no communications at all, approx. 10 days after my online purchase, I sent an email to see where my order was, a response was saying, it had been cancelled. I asked where was the refund, response eventually came to say refund was done on 16th.Sep.2024, it is now 10th.Oct.2024, I have not got the refund, I do not get any email communications in response to my emails about where my refund money went. Even if I call the number on the website, no one answers, after 15mins of being on hold, the phone call terminates. this is a Scam, SmartTeck took my money, wasted my money and my time, this is worth than scam online companies.

Ordered item 4th Oct. Now received the following email:
Dear Customer,
we are very sad and sorry to write this email that PayPal has closed our trading account who were processing our funds for us. due to this reason they have Held all the money you paid for your purchase. we are unable to issue your refund as paypal has took this facility away from us.
i am sure you must be thinking that we should ship this order and deal with paypal but due to paypal policy they will never release the funds back to us and are only advising us to advise our customers to contact paypal for there refund.
we are deeply sorry and sad that we are letting our customers down but we have left with no choice.
kindly contact paypal and request your money via a claim. if you paid using card please contact your bank.

Disinterested customer service, no intention to honor their returns/refund policy
I ordered a Hannspree tablet after reading the returns policy, site terms. Tablet arrived (looks like I was lucky in this regard), but the fun started when I tried to return the tablet (the device was not usable indoors). The very first mail's response made it clear that they had no intention of accepting the return. After repeated mails/follow ups, they've now claimed that 'item' is not in the condition it was because *the package was opened*. I've tried to explain the difference between item and package.. Avoid if you can would be my advice.
