I received information emails with VIP customer discounts, but nothing works! Your discount codes don't work either! You don't respond to emails. It's a Mickey Mouse company in my opinion.

New oven
Ordered my new oven back in October they said there was three in stock and delivery would be 5 to 7 days over a month now no sign of oven I received an email saying my order had been shipped but did not get any tracking details.

The order never turned up
The order never turned up, they have taken my money, £384 and I have had to raise this with bank to get the money back,
I have not been able to get an email response from them and none of the phone numbers work.
I have tried to get contact through X and Trust Pilot and no response.
DO NOT ORDER WITH TGHIS COMPANY

Great communication and very helpful
Great help from the web team when their website wasn’t allowing me to order due to some glitch, they helped me order it over email. Only reason for four stars is the price was wrong on the original order but they communicated really well, although costing me more they offered me the product at cost price and kept me updated along the way. Great company to deal with.

Awful please avoid
Awful! A truly awful company. I very seldom leave reviews but for this company it was a must. Put simply, take your money, don't send you what you have paid for, then don't respond to emails. None of the phone numbers connect, please please avoid this company, you might as well just take your hard earned money and burn it.
