Excellent after-sales and customer service
I don’t often write reviews but I felt that I absolutely had to in this instance.
Their staff are amazing. I bought a speaker from them many years ago that recently stopped working. Thanks to their extended warranty for Sonos products I got in touch with them to see what they could do. I got a reply instantly and they guided me through some troubleshooting steps. As this didn’t resolve the issue they asked me to send it back to them for inspection. They ran a test and found a fault with the unit, offered me a replacement, and it arrived the following day.
Will definitely use them again in the future!

I bought a AT-LP60XBT & Edifier R1700BT…
I bought a AT-LP60XBT & Edifier R1700BT which is a turntable and speaker bundle. I was promised next day delivery and it duly arrived by DPD the next day. Exceedingly well packed with nothing missing. Well, I couldn't find the belt initially but that's because it was already fitted to the platter and I didn't think of looking there of course
Once it was assembled everything worked fine with good sound from the active speakers. I haven't fully explored the Bluetooth yet but have connected headphones to the deck with the press of just one button. I am very pleased with this kit and the way the purchase went. I can safely recommend the item and the seller.
