SMARTGO Surveyors Omdömen

I had a Level 3 Building Survey carried out and was really pleased with the service from start to finish.

Sam was great to deal with, with excellent communication throughout and a quick, responsive approach. The booking process was smooth and straightforward, and both the survey and report were completed in a timely manner.

The report itself was clear, detailed and easy to understand, with helpful photographs to illustrate the findings. Sam was also happy to answer my follow-up questions, which I really appreciated and found reassuring as a prospective buyer.

Overall, a really positive and professional experience. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a Building Survey.

I used Sam for a Lev2 survey of a house in Eccles. Sam was easy to work with and very professional. The report was very detailed and extremely helpful with the purchase.
Would use again for future purchases.
