Best service ever, Survey done within 24Hours

Samuel was quick and efficient.

Proffesional, efficient, and a real pleasure to deal with.

Messaged Sam a few days ago and he sorted a damp survey for a really good price, sent the surveyor David Irlam out only a few days later.
He arrived early and gave me a call to let me know he was there when I'm ready

He was fantastic, explained what the issue was and assured me on a couple of other details I asked about.

Very reassuring, gave me peace of mind, really glad I reached out and got a professional opinion rather than trying to wing it 😂

I got recommended this great company and I am absolutely happy with their professionalism.

Great and Invaluable Service
We have used MPS for a few years now. We enjoy their ability to quickly procure surveyors that they have an established relationship with, this is invaluable!

It makes searching yellow pages a thing of the past and also gives confidence that you are dealing with truly accredited professionals!

As a first time buyer I was not sure how to go about getting a survey. After one conversation with Mypropertysurvey they put all the options, pros and cons, a decision was made and within a week or two I had the reports already!
Great service!

We were very pleased with My Property Survey. Samuel customer service was exceptional and offered an honest reliable and professional service.

Excellent, professional and accommodating.

Absolutely brilliant, a professional and speedy service at a competitive price. The report, even though negative, was very thorough and highlighted a number of red flags which meant my daughter decided against buying the property. Sam was extremely helpful in his advice in a follow up phone call and no doubt saved my daughter thousands of pounds down the line. Will definitely use again.
