excellent service from start to finish highly reccomend and will use again fitted a composite front door other companys could not supply wife over the moon thanks all

Put out a request on Checkatrade for a new UPVC front door which was answered promptly by Smartglaze UK Ltd. A visit followed that afternoon, measurements taken and a door chosen from a selection available. Everything about the experience was highly professional and thoroughly friendly. The urgency of the situation was understood, and a few phone calls confirmed the door could be supplied and fitted in 2 days.
True to their word the fitters arrived in good time and we are very pleased with our new front door.
Thank you to everyone at Smartglaze.

SmartGlaze did an amazing job fitting in our patio doors. Throughout the process, they have been very supportive and friendly offering great value of money for the job. The work was carried out very professionally and both fitters were very polite and helpful. Thank you.

Fantastic from start to finish friendly throughout great value and workmanship would highly recommend

SmartGlaze Uk were brilliant. They listened to my requirements, were supportive throughout the whole process and communicated with me in timely and professional manner, met my timescale of when I needed the work done by, gave me the best competitive price for the glazing, work was finished on time. Their operative who fitted the door and windows was lovely to my 91 year old mum. My mum and I are very happy with SmartGlaze UK!

We ordered a front composite door from Smart Glaze UK with an initial timeframe of 4-5 weeks for installation, starting from the 5th of August. The door came nearly 9 weeks later. Delays happen and this is fine, but the salesman at the start assured me it would get done 4-5 weeks OR QUICKER.

EDIT: We have since received our front door and the door is very good quality and most importantly the installation was done at an impeccable standard. The fitter that came out was very pleasant and polite and he ensured we were happy with his work before departing.

However, the owner who started handling my case as soon as I left a one star review was something else. After the installation took place, he personally rang me and stated the fitter would not leave my property until I changed my review from a one star and tried to pressure me into doing it there and then. After ten minutes of arguing on the phone, he was content with leaving me to change my own review in my own time(as long as it was done the same day ofc!). This was sadly not a one off as I’ve spoken to the owner on a few occasions and he will just talk over you, he seems to believe that just by addressing people by “sir” they are being respectful.

Now looking at all the different reviews and videos they have posted, I can understand why everyone looks like they are held hostage while doing their reviews. If you are someone who does not enjoy being pressured, look elsewhere.

All that said, the materials and installation were done to a good standard, so as much as it was unpleasant dealing with the company - the work was good.

smartglaze fitted a window for me today. Excellent work window looks great. Fitters very professional and cleaned up all debris and took it away. Would definitely recommend.

Replaced bathroom window, very good workmanship. Friendly and professional start to finish.

Job was done quickly and to standard. Did need chasing once. Didn't like pushy attitude during quoting and for reviews.
