Worth the wait!
My timeline was a bit long, but absolutely worth the wait! I ordered in January '24, received my tracking number in June '24, and received my jeans in the beginning of October '24.
This is a startup that is working out their systems and dealing with the chaos that comes from filling a need ethically that is widespread and frequently complained about. My lack of frustration with the turnaround from order to the item's arrival comes from understanding that; though I can understand peoples' frustration, if you're unfamiliar with investing in startups that do not already have full teams behind them when you've discovered them.
This is a very young company, and it shows, but it does so in both amazing (quality and attention to detail) and irksome (wait times, lack of organic updates) ways that they are working to improve upon.
I sent infrequent emails asking for general updates, and received replies within a few days (which is entirely normal in customer service, in my experience) and then would return to idly waiting. It was a long while, yes, but one I understood, and became a pleasant surprise when they arrived!
My jeans arrived today, and they fit like a dream. This is the first time I've felt like jeans are actually fitting without a belt, which I honestly thought was a myth.
Sizing information is printed on an inside tag which is great since they have a unique sizing system and I definitely didn't write my size down. The material is a little stiff, but that's to be expected as they have been in transit, etc. Pockets are a good size, seaming is sturdy, hardware is great, and the online description was entirely accurate. I have never ordered jeans online, preferring to try on prior to purchase due to having a difficult to size body type and not wanting to go through the process of finding the size/cut/etc of one brand via frequently returning items and spending more money to do so, so this was a leap for me that I'm super glad I took. It can only get better from here, though there will always be growing pains when one decides to try and tackle a niche such as this.
I look forward to supporting as I can in the future, and seeing how they grow!

Amazingly comfortable jeans
I purchased these jeans on a whim and I am so glad I did. Quite literally, these are the most comfortable pair of jeans I have ever worn. I did the option for their system to calculate my measurements and they nailed it. These jeans fit like a glove. I’m so happy to have these in my closet and I’m certain they will be my go to pair this fall. I can’t wait for their next launch and I can add a second pair to the collection.

Awesome jeans and excellent customer service
SLØ has excellent customer service! My jeans were fairly late due to shipping errors but every time I emailed about them I was given a speedy response within 24hrs. The jeans are also perfect! So comfortable, fit to size, and the pockets are super big and deep! The materiel seems very sturdy! I love my jeans. I was able to customize the style and color and almost everything! Definitely recommend slo jeans!

Good Garments Take Time
Slo is still barely in startup stage and sometimes getting up and running is a battle in itself. Despite some substantial delays in production and shipping (happens when vendors don't adhere to their word) the product itself is still beautiful. Nice, weighty fabric, soft hand with a bit of stretch, good seam finishes (though not flat-felled), huge functional pockets and the inseam gusset.
While my order took several months, Ralph was great at keeping me posted once I reached out, and I did finally manage to receive my jeans! I know it's been a rough going to start, but I'm still excited to see where this company goes and will be trying out future designs.

I love my jeans!…
Slo is honest and transparent about the process of making and shipping their products, i loved getting the updates on the production of my jeans. I do have to say though that the shipping company left much to be desired, to name one problem my tracking number broke after only a week and i stopped being able to check for shipping updates, but none of that was slo's fault and my jeans showed up eventually so all's well.
I absolutely love my jeans! Especially the cargos, they're so comfy and i love all the pockets! If there's one thing slo does right it's definitely pockets. I also got the 90s straight cut, definitely a good pair of jeans, i wear them often, but the cargos are for sure my favourite.
The options for sizing are very good, although i will say the cargos are on the loose side of fitting, while the 90s jeans are almost too tight despite the fact i ordered exactly the same size in both pairs of jeans.

Months of waiting
Months of waiting. Whwn I finally got the jeans, I was dissapointed. They seem thin, there are loose long threads. They dont really fit that well, they are too loose on the hips. Wouldnt buy again. I wont give a one star cause at least they are not the kind of skinny that wont let you move your legs, but if i had tried them on a store i wouldnt have bought them.

Getting better
Ordered back in January, it's a start up with few employees which was definitely evident at the time, just got the jeans in and it was worth it, fit great, good sized pockets and very comfortable. Joining the discord will get you the most answers especially if you don't like emailing as staff is responsive as well as other customers and investors who've had similar questions/ have been in the discord longer

The future of jeans
First off let me just say that I've been a big believer in the mission of Slø since the beginning. I think what they're doing is truly what the clothing industry should look like in the future. 100% custom, sustainably-made, super comfy jeans with freaking POCKETS. When I say "pockets" I don't mean those terrible ones that women's jeans from all giant fast fashion brands give us that can barely fit a chapstick, if you even get pockets that are real in the first place! What I mean is pockets that you can put all your stuff in and ditch your bag, if you want to. You can stand straight up and straighten your arms while your hands are in your pockets. Freaking pockets! Anyway, you get the idea.
They're also super soft and comfy and have stretch everywhere, so even if your weight fluctuates a bit, like mine, they'll still fit.
Bonus: They don't stink like factory when you get them! You know that machinery smell that clothes have when you first get them because they were run through a factory and then packed up and sat on a shelf for months? Yeah, that doesn't happen with these because once your jeans are manufactured specifically for you, they just go ahead and ship them to you! Amazing concept, huh?
Anyway, this is getting a bit long. I think I'm going to go frolic around in my jeans as it's a bit cool today. Bring on Autumn weather! I'm ready for you!

Worth it despite the issues
First let me say I'm extremely satisfied with the end result and the product. I would have given a five star rating had there not been so many kinks in there work flow. I ordered my jeans at beginning of December 2023 and finally received them at the end of September 2024. At times there was a lack of communication and at other times the communication was great. I'm told they have worked the kinks out and can now get the product out within one month and Ralph has been very responsive. The product is beautiful, very well made and fits well.

Slø fashion takes their craft seriously and it shows in the clothing quality. It has been a very long time since a pair of jeans fit so well, and had actual thickness to the fabric.
I definitely believe these are worth the wait, I know they'll last far longer than anything I could buy in a physical store currently.

Worth It
As a newer company there were plenty of delays, but in the end these jeans are worth it. Customer service was good. They are transparent with issues which is a refreshing change from most companies. I’ve ordered 4 pairs in the last two years and they really are all that. Each pair I’ve ordered has been a different cut and they all look good.
Pockets are indeed big, which was important to me as a woman. After getting used to the big pockets it’s hard to put other pants on with the tiny pockets.
Crossed double belt loops in the back to avoid the weird bump.
The first pair I got when they first launched. I’m a big jeans person and I pretty much stopped wearing any other pairs when I got these. I wore them almost exclusively for a year before they wore out. I got a lot of use out of them and I’m sure the gusset helped with the life.
I used the scan sizing and they fit great. But my husband entered his measurements manually for his and they came great too.
To me, the price is worth it. They fit because the sizing is based on your actual measurements. They last. Thicker than other jeans with give but still stretch enough.

These pants are the best
These pants are the best. I’m an unusual size and the cargos held a 20oz hammer with assorted hardware on one side and a 20 volt driver opposite. I put batteries for the driver and pole saw in my back pocket. You know the wallet pocket. It stretched to hold a 5 amp hour battery in each pocket. I’m not going to say that was a comfortable load out but I got to where I was working and emptied those pockets and had the most comfortable work pants ever. After making them filthy I washed and dried them on the heaviest cycle (sorry) and they came out like new. I’ve been doing this or similar all summer and both pair are still in great shape. I treat my go to town SLO jeans better and it shows a bit. But not much. I can’t wait till you expand into wool and maybe silk blends? Thanks to the whole crew at SLO.

The only denim I own now
I was happy with my first 2 pairs of jeans from the 2nd launch but the cargo pants from the following launch blew my mind. I have been wearing them all summer in the fields farming. The side pockets are large enough to hold a water bottle and plentiful enough to ensure I never had to carry around a bag of personal gear while tending to the crops. I have farmed for 40 years and these are the most comfortable pants I’ve ever worn to work AND they’re denim. They wash clean of the red soil we have here and after a whole season they still come out of the dryer (on low, sorry Slo I know that’s not recommended) looking like new and feeling as comfortable as sweatpants. I’ve gotten rid of all my old leg prisons (jeans) because I don’t wear them since I got 3 pairs of Slo jeans. My next pairs are on the way. The superior materials mean even the t-shirt I have from Slo is my favourite shirt (Stay Groovy!) They are always worth the wait, I am excited to see what Slo does next.

Worth the wait
It was definitely an exciting day when I finally got my new favourite jeans. I ordered earlier in the year and it was made clear that it was a learning experience and would take time. The communication was amazing, I felt very informed and any questions I had were answered within hours. So the product themselves are everything they promised! I don't like ordering jeans online they are just one of those things I like to try on but I feel very confident to order again and we will be asap.

Absolutely the worst company I’ve ever…
Absolutely the worst company I’ve ever done work with. I took part in the disco dance society promo they kept sending me in March. I ordered my jeans and supposed to be included tshirt and excitedly got ready to wait.
After almost a month with no contact about my measurements they needed ( I went by what the website told me to do) I reached out. Finally got that sorted out and went back to waiting. And waiting and more waiting, reached out again to be told they were having issues. For a few weeks we got generic production updates but those stopped as well after more missed promise time.
I reached out again in August and Ralph responded telling me oh we’re so sorry but we have a 3 week turn around time now. Oh and you won’t get the shirt we sold this deal to you for because we are out of stock (how can you be out of stock on a promised item when you haven’t even shipped all the orders). But we promise trust us we will get you the order.
It’s been another 3 weeks and I have no jeans and no contact. I’ve asked for a refund and been ignored. I can’t even use the “ promo credit” they sent me in May cause the store is closed. Not that i would at this point because they clearly don’t send anything.
So im out my money and time I’ve spent trying to track them down and all I have to show for it is a useless promo code lol

The latest delay you've experienced is due to an unexpected customs issue with our shipping partner, which is unfortunately out of our direct control. However, I want to assure you that we're doing everything in our power to resolve this. Your package will be with you in less than 2 weeks.
Regarding the t-shirt, I sincerely apologize for the confusion. You're right - we should have better managed our inventory for promised items. We've learned from this mistake and are implementing new systems to prevent it from happening again.
Our website is currently on hold for our October launch, which is why you're seeing a waitlist. Your promo code will be valid when we relaunch, and our prices will return to our standard $99. Slo jeans were worth the wait!
I have been a supporter since the beginning. Like many, I ordered a few pair of jeans from the very first soft launch. There were definitely some hiccups but these jeans were well worth the wait. Before getting these I refused to wear jeans. They never fit properly, they were uncomfortable, and as a woman, the pockets sucked (if they were there at all). Slo jeans completely changed my mind. They are so comfortable (even after a year’s worth of use), fit better than any pair of jeans I’ve ever worn before, and the pockets are amazing. I will only order Slo jeans from now on!

Slow to Arrive, Worth the Wait
I found out about slø via tiktok in 2022. I waited to buy jeans because of budgets and because they are a new company, young people, and have little experience in the manufacturing industry. They have run into a lot of trouble and I was waiting for some things to be resolved.
I bought my jeans in late 2023 during their At Cost sale. It took 4 or 5 months for the jeans to arrive, but I knew that because they were having so much trouble that this was inevitable, so I wasn't worried. When they arrived, they were too big, but not by much. I chalk this up to my being cautious about the sizing because I have unusual measurements. I haven't been able to wear them much because it's been summer time, but I'm happy to say that they have fit while 20 weeks pregnant, which is a boon! The fabric is comfortable, though thinner than I had imagined. This is not a bad thing, just a surprise.
I plan to buy again after my pregnancy and when my budget allows. I believe this company is doing their best. The messes they have encountered definitely mean patience is required from buyers.
