I watched a program on Sling for less than two hours and had to cancel my subscription due to the constant ads. I couldn't even follow the plot of the show due to the constant interruptions.

Sling used to provide a good value, when it was $35 for Sling Blue. Now (two years later) it is $54 a month. I like that it at least offers three local channels, which is one of the core reasons I went with Sling after cutting the cord (I'm too far out for an antenna). There is occasionaly a TV network show I want to watch, or local news in an earthquake, wildfire or other local emergency. It's still a better deal than any other streaming service that includes any local TV.

But the repetitive commercials have gotten worse and worse. There is absolutely no way CNN or MSNow or any of the other networks I watch are actually placing these spots; it is crappy Sling all the way. The commercials that repeat the most are the ones I might expect at 3:00 in the morning on legacy TV (think Viagra, the sick kids, DealDash scams, etc), but it is only 7 or 8 pm! AND perhaps most annoying is the series of repeated promos for the program I am already currently watching! AND if you switch to a second channel during a commercial on the first and then you switch back, there is a 95% chance you'll be back to the beginning of the same commercial you left or the start of another one. It is so annoying for a service I pay for.

As a Sling TV Orange subscriber, I expect reliable access to live sports included in my subscription. Currently, the match is broadcasting audio only with no video feed.
This service disruption significantly affects the value of the subscription I am paying for. I request an immediate resolution and clarification regarding this outage.
If this issue is widespread, subscribers deserve transparency and potential compensation.

There is not a live person on the earth that you can talk Sling now! I’ve had it for years and now there’s no live person and if you have problems, it’s a nightmare to try to get help. If you want local channels and ability to record the shows on local channels, that is another nightmare! The AirTV antenna you have to add to your TV is very expensive and you have to buy another antenna to go with it to work! No help can be found online. No number can be found to call and they are terrible at customer service! I’ve ordered one more AirTV antenna to try to get this thing to work and yeah, if it doesn’t work, I’m done!

Been pretty bad lately. Shows freeze, everything freezing so nothing works and have to reload. So tired of it. Occasionally is understandable but several times a week, sometimes several times a day is unacceptable. Gonna give it another month, then moving on.

I honestly would give them less than a one star. This has been the worst experience, regarding television and online streaming. Sling falsely advertised that I would receive sports channels if I gave $11 extra a month. This did not happen. Nor did any of the sports channels that they said I would receive. Show up on my screens. After contacting chat and being hung up on several times. I decided to just cancel the entire subscription. Slang is the worst streaming Network I have ever experienced. I would rather pay 40 times the amount to another provider than to interact with this garbage platform, company.

Pain in the ass to try and cancel. Make sure you do not have a second email tied to your account, even though you canceled they kept debiting $60.99 per month from our bank because the second email wasn’t cancelled. Told there would be no refund so I definitely won’t be back.

I signed up for a 1 day pass for $4.99 to watch a football game. When reviewing my credit card statement this month I noticed they charged me $29.99 instead of the $4.99 they advertised and then proceeded to charge me $60.99 later for a full monthly subscription. When I asked for a refund they gave me back the $60.99 but told me they couldn't do anything about past charges. It's theft. Avoid this company.

Trash!!!! Paid for 1 day of service to watch Super Bowl and it was blacked out! Garbage 0 stars is what this trash service gets. I would be ashamed!

Sling takes the pluto TV app which is free and adds a couple of channels to upcharge. Not worth paying for, it's a scam you will actually see pluto TV in the commercials.

I had sling tv service i paid it every month on the 29th. In Jan I paid it on Feb 4th I went to upgrade my service from orange to orange/ blue I paid the extra probated rate and last night on Feb 7 my service was canceled then I got an email saying I could restart my service but had to pay another 66.90 why would I want to pay that to restart when I just paid it and they are the ones that canceled my services, so beware if you use sling tv

I had sling for years.
Now? You can't talk to a human.
They have billed me for streaming and all I did was call to restart my account.
So I either have to sue em and file a complaint with the FCC. There people have went to crap.

Sling TV is horrible. Loading, picture quality, buffering issues, and overall setup is terrible. Don’t bother with the service. Not worth the money or hassle. It’s cheap for a reason. I hate Sling TV

I’ve had Sling for over a year now and it used to be great. It was working great 2 weeks ago, and now Constantly buffering, or has outages. This sucks! Will be switching to Hulu!

The worst payed for streaming service I have EVER used. Absolutely garbage. My internet speed is around 1g and sling is still lagged out TRASH.

the worst customer service. I was talking to a guy there to help because none of my channels will load and he was incredibly rude and basically said it was my fault? and they are raising their prices next month an additional 4 dollars...Im going to move on from this service. None of my other streaming services dont load and the "chat" folks are so rude. I want to be able to get a person on the phone and fix my issue...good luck,

DVR has been down for over 10 hours. No refund or credit. I’m done with Sling.
