You can't always believe what it says on the tin.....Sleepstation is the exception it does exactly what it says on the tin, it helps you to help yourself to a better nights sleep. With easy to follow routines and professional help and guidance throughout the programme from a dedicated support team. I am so pleased my GP introduced me to Sleepstation. I found it most beneficial.
I was initially sceptical about the tips given for a good night's sleep but tried them anyway. They worked a treat, I no longer worry about my sleep and no longer wake up during the night. This is a superb resource that gave the the small adjustments I needed to reset my sleep pattern and attitude.

My insomnia was debilitating & finally I feel able to go forward with all the tools shared through sleepstation.....
It really is like having a friend cheering you on helping u with your sleep patterns
I thought my sleep problem was age related, hormonal or just how it is now. But Sleepstation has got me back into a good sleep pattern with more sleep each night and being able to fall asleep quicker. I have got the tools to use if needed and the knowledge to make adjustments. I had never even contemplated the difference between being tired and being sleepy, the facts and knowledge helps, and even though the beginning of the course was quite tough, it was all absolutely worth it.
A lovely lady called Molly was always on hand to guide and help me. There is endless information sheets to help you work through your problem

Over the years, I have tried a range of techniques to address insomnia. The Sleepstation course has proved to be very useful. Having a Sleep Coach is useful. You need to be committed to the course, have a positive mindset, believe in the process and keep a sleep diary but it is really worth it. Over the weeks, via the diaries and a graph of my sleep efficiency, I could see that solid progress was being made.

I highly recommend Sleep Station; their support has been excellent for me.
Prior to support from Sleep Station I had been experiencing some anxiety and poor sleep patterns for a few weeks. This developed into difficulty maintaining sleep. I was only getting 3 to 4 hours of fragmented sleep per night. My anxiety levels began to grow and I experienced muscle jerks, twitches and anxiety episodes. I saw my GP who recommended medication for sleep and anxiety. There was a long waiting list to see a Sleep Specialist and I did not wish to take medication at this time.
After having sleep problems for around 8 weeks I came across the Sleep Station programme.
The literature was very positive and reassuring. The materials (PDFs, videos and seminars) were informative and reassuring highlighting that most people could be helped and supported. The Cognitive Behavior Therapy, activities and sleep restriction techniques were effective
The sessions and the non - pharmaceutical approach was very positive and right for me
My allocated Sleep Coaches were supportive, well informed and knowledgeable .
It took a little time to see progress and I was very anxious. However as my sleep began to improving the anxiety reduced. I am now sleeping 6 to 6.5 hours per day with good refreshing sleep.
You need to be committed, positive, believe in the process, and follow the advice, but it is well worth it. I am delighted.

I am thrilled with the improvement in my sleep. The evidence based logical approach has worked and is continuing to work for me despite some very stressful and challenging family circumstances which would in the past have kept me awake most of the night.
My sleep has been disrupted for over 25 years before Sleepstation.
I cannot thank you enough.
Of course the changes required were difficult, but absolutely worth it.
If you’re in 2 minds about trying- don’t hesitate, do it.

My doctor recommended sleepstation definitely feel they have helped my insomnia now getting roughly 4/5hrs sleep which is a huge improvement for me, have learnt techniques to help me should I wake up in the night.

I did benefit from learning about sleep restriction, which essentially means I now go to bed an hour later every night. Unfortunately, Sleepstation is based on the idea that all insomnia is caused by either anxiety or poor sleep habits, and this just isn't the case. In my case, I have no difficulty getting to sleep. I'm not anxious. I just wake up in the middle of the night and can't get back to sleep. About once a week. Sleepstation has made no difference to this. Hasn't worked for me but may help others.

Sleep station has made an amazing difference to my sleep. I have struggled for a lot of years to sleep taking a lot of different meds to help with it but without success.
My doctor recommended sleep station and I was dubious about it especially because I had to pay for it. I was so happy with the results, at first it was so hard to do what they asked me to do not because it didn't make sense because it did, but because it was so hard to do, but doing it made all the difference to my sleep. I now sleep so much better, I still have little struggles but where I was chronic insomnia to where I am now it is amazing and like I said I'm so happy. Thank you sleep station and you will be highly recommended by me for sure.

Sleepstation was recommended by my GP following decades of chronic insomnia. When I started the programme I constantly worried about my poor sleep and dreaded going to bed. Through Sleepstation I have acquired so much knowledge about sleep and their advice and support given has been second to none, questions answered quickly and efficiently and dismissing my concerns on a regular basis. The information and resources provided are vital when going through this life changing process and they were there for me at every stage. I struggled at the beginning with the rigid sleep plan but was reassured that this was the best way forward and things would improve and they did within a few weeks. I am now in the position that when I go to bed I fall asleep within minutes (the wind down advice before bed has been extremely successful for me). I still wake up at times during the night but can now deal with it without anxiety due to suggested techniques. Thanks to Sleepstation I feel I have conquered my insomnia. I would highly recommend them.

Using the techniques suggested by Sleep Station coaches I am now sleeping better and waking refreshed. The videos and online information about sleep are really interesting and have helped me think of my sleep in a different way. I am so glad my GP suggested this and I was able to access it via the NHS

I’m highly irritated that it’s the middle of the night and I wasted my time with a looong questionnaire just to get a price quote. Only option is to give your email address (I don’t like to do) to finally get to the page where they tell me the price. Also they tell you at some point that they take some insurance. They don’t. False advertisement. The last page says I have chosen the paid out of pocket version and I’m more likely to stick to it that way. I in fact had no choice to see if they take my insurance. Waist of time. If you are reading this it’s $400.

I self-funded this course after a recommendation from my GP. I am in a position to finance myself but am aware not everyone can afford this, which makes me sad that it’s an NHS postcode lottery. The structure of the program suited me and the information and resources seemed more plausible and relevant alongside advice and encouragement from the sleep coach. I was given good personal advice towards the end of the course which means it’s not standard advice given out. The sleep plan was difficult in the beginning but it worked for me and I’m delighted to be in control of my sleep pattern, and sleeping much better. I’m going to continue with some of the main principles as they work for me. Thank you SleepStation!

My doctor put me in touch with Sleepstation therapy, I was very sceptical but they turned my sleep schedule around. It was very hard at first but now I am so happy to finally have a settled nights sleep. Well done Sleepstation.

I found the app really good being able to document the nights sleep ( or lack of it ) really helpful
The interaction with the thyapist was extremely useful in helping me change my routine
The little learning bites were great to get into and very helpful
Just a shame it’s only a seven week course but I have the pdfs to look back on to help keep me on the right path

I embarked on this program at my own expense as NHS in my area did not provide it. I was immediately disappointed as the resources consist of nothing which is easily accessible on the Internet and the communications from the counsellors did not seem to be of the standard found in face to face CBT counselling.
Following the program aggravated my sleep problems and the help offered seemed to imply that I was not doing exactly what I was told to do; this increased my anxiety.
When I raised this I was told that the program may not work for some and I could withdraw. I subsequently asked to discuss the damage done with a superior; since then radio silence.
I am relieved that it is my own money I have wasted and not the NHS's but feel that they need to do a full clinical audit to identify the minority like myself.

After many years of poor quality sleep, Sleepstation has definately worked for me. It’s fantastic to wake up not feeling tired but energised because I’ve actually slept. Sleepstation gives you the tools to help you sleep and also the way we think about sleep. I use to crave carbs and chocolate everyday but now I’m eating healthier and being active and I don’t have brain fog. Yes it’s hard at first but if you stick with it the rewards are well worth it.
