I believe this is AI and that the sleep coaches are not real. Requested a refund and it’s still not been actioned so started a chargeback myself.
It’s essentially just a sleep diary and they change the time you’re allowed to go to sleep and wake up.
You must go through their long questionnaire to get to the prices and to find out what they say they do. None of the statements made show you the evidence that their ‘programme’ works.
There’s no real support, they just send long messages to you ‘explaining’ things but it just seems a lot of words that don’t answer a question.
I don’t recommend this service at all, sorry. It wasn’t what I expected at all. I really don’t think this is aimed at people who already have good sleep hygiene. Very simplistic with no support. Please be careful.

I would give it minus if it was possible. Over 2 weeks since I completed my sleep diary and no response. This is advertised on the website as 3-4 days time. Joke of a website and will be informing my GP to claim the money back. This is supposed to cost £1500 and if I hadn’t gone through the NHS I would be absolutely livid. This has caused me more stress which has resulted in less sleep. Avoid and seek elsewhere for help.

Sleep Station has really helped me get my life back on track. I struggled at first but I trusted the support (James) with the videos as support and help when ever it was needed. I would say yes to Sleep Station every time, when your in a dark place they are the light at the end of the tunnel.

Having struggled for a number of years to improve my sleep, I was referred to SleepStation by my GP. I had come to believe I needed more sleep than I was getting, based on long periods where I was only managing 4–5 hours a night, despite trying many different approaches.
Once enrolled, I was placed on a sleep restriction window with a fixed wake-up time, which I found to be a really important anchor. The window was then gradually expanded by bringing bedtimes forward, helping to reset my circadian rhythm.
I found the questionnaires particularly helpful in challenging some of my beliefs about sleep and unhelpful thought patterns. There were weekly video updates, new techniques to try, and daily sleep diaries alongside cognitive control diaries, which helped me reflect on each day and plan ahead.
There are also a wide range of additional resources. I found the thought-blocking techniques especially useful, along with Progressive Muscle Relaxation, which is supported by guided sessions.
Jess, my sleep coach, took time to explain techniques, questionnaires and answer my many questions. Jess, thank you. And all the team for those superb resource tools.
Overall, I feel my sleep cycles are now longer, but most importantly the quality has improved. I’m getting deeper, more restful sleep, and have realised I had normalised poor, patchy sleep over time.
Disappointed, my doctor said it was cbt therapy for sleep, it’s just articles and short videos, an occasional message. I’m in week three and I’ve done a survey asking things like are you exercising, smoking, drinking alcohol, doing something stimulating such as watching tv before bed, however it doesn’t allow for the fact that some nights you might have done these and other nights not. It’s very simplistic, I’m glad I didn’t pay for it. I’ll keep going but I’m finding it lacklustre and talking to a friend about it they found the same
Very helpful people and service. Not quite as good as a "face-to-face" experience but they do work hard for you and try to understand and fix oyur sleep problems. I am very grateful to have them.
They focus on insomnia caused by anxiety and their only remedy is sleep restriction (along with the sleep hygiene tips which are either obvious or people can just look up themselves). So it’s not helpful if this is not your issue. It’s not tailored to the individual. They don’t provide the support they allege they will. Their ‘sleep coaches’ could not really answer the questions I had and only provided generic answers. The ‘sleep reports’ you get at the end of each week provided no insights and were AI generated. I doubt anyone was really looking into my sleep or what was happening to me. You essentially spend £160-£300+ (depending on whether you can get nhs funding) for a glorified sleep diary, which you could just do for free yourself
They took £160 & after a week stopped the program for a month telling me that because I had given up alcohol, I was in danger of being physically damaged. They said I would have to wait another month before continuing with the program. I told them (or him, or it) that my insomnia came from alcohol abuse years beforehand but had now been well under control for years & within normal limits. I simply wanted to be open & honest with them & give them the background of my sleep problem but their reaction was irrational & like a slap in the face. And of course there is no way of actually speaking to them. It would appear that the days when you could tell your doctor the truth to help them cure you are long gone. If in doubt, dont tell the doctor!
When I started Sleepstation I was getting barely 1 to 2 hours sleep every night if any, falling asleep when I should be getting up - for weeks and months for two years and more which was sole destroying.
The programme was tough for the first two weeks going to bed so late, but if I wanted good results I knew I have to stick at it and it was worth anything to do that. The idea is to go to bed much later initially and get up earlier, thus giving me a longer day. Then Miraculously I started to get quality sleep which by week four of six was about six hours. I am on my sixth week and just cannot believe how lovely it is to get good sleep for so long, and particularly feeling calmer and more positive going to bed. My restless legs are virtually non existant because I fall into deep sleep quickly now, When the alarm goes off my restless legs are there and I get up at 6.30 am. Sleepstation is definitely worth trying if you can’t get to sleep. I feel so much happier not struggling any more and I don’t now take any sleeping tablets!

I am now experiencing better sleep by following advice given especially following bedtime and getting up times, not napping in the day and not worrying when I wake up very early, I just follow the advice given.

Sleep station have given me the tools I need to better my sleep routine going forward. After years of disturbed sleep, I mean years, they have given me strategies to get back to sleep after waking up in the night. I’m not there yet, but you can’t expect a few weeks to undo 40 odd years of struggle. I’m confident that over the next weeks/months my sleep will continue to get better. In the meantime, I’ll take what I get and in the knowledge that it’s an improvement. Thank you Sleep Station

I was having trouble sleeping. I could go without sleep & work the next day. Being very aware of the risks this involved, especially as driving was part of my job. There were times when I just didn't want to get out of bed, as I felt I hadn't had enough sleep. I just felt I needed help to get back to having a normal sleep pattern.

I used Sleepstation last summer and paid my £295-00. After not sleeping very well for probably getting on for 30 years.
I think it did work somewhat while I was on the 6 week course. But then you just slip backwards. Now it is just back to square one.
I am probably too old. I thought I would give it a bash.
OK if you have £300-00 to throw around. Ho hum, just grin and bear it.

I gave this everything I had. I complied with all instructions as far as i could understand them (difficult when they don't give straight answers to questions). I felt worse after completing this programme and more alone in my insomnia than before I started. This was physically gruelling and psychologically upsetting - at times it felt dangerous as i was operating at a level of sleep deprivation that made it hazardous to do normal everyday things. My issue isn't with sleep restriction itself (works for many but not for me) but the fact that i) sleepstation's marketing is not honest in telling you that this is all they really offer (along with some copy-and-paste sleep advice you could get anywhere on the net) and ii) they present this as a package of human support and monitoring when that is purely notional. Technically there are humans responding but responses are evasive, condescending and bot-like. Their role appears to be to ignore questions, tell you to keep going or point you to one of their articles. There are only so many times you can read the same article. It's actively harmful to present this as human support and is misselling of what you actually get. I think an AI may actually have been more useful - at least I would have received straight answers to straight questions. When you follow their gruelling, tortuous regime, put yourself through hell and end up with nothing they have nothing to say about it - no answer to give. This is presented as on size fits all. It is not.

Insomnia had been affecting me months before I started treatment for cancer. I went to the GP got sleeping tablets and he referred me to Sleep Station. Best move for me.
I was undergoing cancer treatment and sleep station accommodated my reaction to chemotherapy and even gave me a respite whilst in hospital. It was difficult at first but with their ongoing help eventually we overcame. I now sleep a good 9 hours per night with only a very occasional bad night. Would definitely recommend.
