WORST SERVICE EVER. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!
I purchased 2 'premium' frames for my mother, of which they arrived in cheap protective film. I removed the film slightly to see the quality of the frame wood - which again was cheap-looking. Upon having to email the company to authorise my refund (what a hassle!!) they sent me a sarcastic email explaining how their 'premium' cheap-looking frames were of the finest materials - which of course you can't actually see unless you remove the protective film. I had to pay for my return delivery (£5, even though the frames were only £15 each) to then receive an email back from them saying they wouldn't refund one of the frames as the protective film had been taken away slightly. IT'S CLEAR PLASTIC, JUST RE-PLASTIC IT! I'm so angry with this service, their refund email stated to return the frames in 'original condition' - which implies for every other single company in a non-damaged condition. The email did not once say about the flimsy, cheap protective film. They cheekily asked me if I wanted to come collect the frame despite me living 265 miles away - or they could offer me a 10% discount to buy more rubbish quality frames from them. It's companies like this that make my blood boil. It's been a pandemic, granted we've all suffered but do not rob people for pathetic conditions of which no other company has. As you can see from their other bad reviews, they arrogantly respond in a sarcastic way - someone needs to go back to business school and learn some etiquette. Also, you cannot state a returns policy so intricate just on the website, it needs to be in the returns email too! Will be proceeding with a charge back through my bank.

Firstly we would like to flag that we haven't sold frames for over two years, however it clear from the tone of your review that you failed to read the terms and conditions of our products before purchasing and you were unhappy that despite not returning your items to us in a condition fit for resale (as you mention this was outlined in our policy) we were unable to provide you with a full refund. Our returns policy is displayed on our website, individual product pages and is included in all order confirmation emails. We hope that two years on, you have reflected upon your responsibility to read a returns policy when purchasing items online and considered that the livelihood of small businesses are also impacted when you leave negative reviews outlining your self-entitled grievance about your own error. We work incredibly hard to accurately describe and present all of our products which is testament to our positive feedback and longevity as a company. We can also confirm that no charge back was ever raised.

I received my print super fast and well packaged. The print is absolutely beautiful, colour perfect as described also paper used very good quality. I think this is the start of a new collection for me from this company. Will certainly be recommending Slay My Print. My print is framed and hanging on wall to be admired.. I’m thrilled with it!

Excitement soon turned to deep disappointment when I received the prints. They had a BOGOF offer on, one print was nice. Paper is of quality however the sunset print I ordered looks like a photocopied enlargement with a bit of colour. Absolutely awful! It's completely different to the picture shown on the website and the company appear to arrogant to assist. They didn't even ask to view the print received and instead said return at your own cost. Shocking customer service when they say they aim for customer satisfaction!

Firstly, you started your communication to us by refusing to send any photographic evidence of the issue at hand. Secondly, as you stated in your response above you ordered 2 prints from us and to clarify, ALL of our prints are produced on the same media and on the same printers. You are more than entitled to your opinion of not liking a specific design but a 1 star review for a 2 print order when our team have done their very best to assist you (despite your constant derogatory comments - see “arrogant” above as an example) and your order being produced and delivered within a matter of days is deeply disappointing and doesn’t at all reflect the overwhelmingly positive reviews. Remember, it costs nothing to be kind!

Fantastic customer service
Ordered prints that arrived within a week, arrived slightly damaged so I contacted via email and new prints were posted to me the following working day which arrived 2 days later. Absolutely beautiful prints and cannot fault the customer service at all! Would recommend to anyone

Somehow during transit our prints got damaged. Emailed customer services and the next day we got our replacement prints.
