I ordered from here a big print and the print quality is awful. It looks so blurry. May be better to order smaller prints from here as it’s not good quality when blown up larger

As you haven’t provided any details about your order, the print you are referring to or contacted our team about any issues with your order we can’t respond fully. However, we will say that artwork is never “blown up”. Art files are always created at the maximum possible resolution and then scaled down to the requested print size. Also, many prints like photography designs and illustrations are created with specific bokeh effect which is part of the design. You are of course entitled to your own personal opinion and you can return your unwanted print if it is not suitable for your home.

Really happy with my prints! When they arrived I realised one print sent was incorrect, I contacted the customer service team and a lovely polite guy called Glen got back to me within a few hours to say a replacement would be sent out. Very impressed with the product and customer service, I will definitely purchase from here again!
