NO DELIVERY
Delivery date was due a week ago , contacted them for update no response, called them multiple times but no answer, only an email stating they would send another asap which again received no update on my order and delivery date. That’s has cost me a lot of money and stress as plumber is not available for long time now and I had to pay him for his time anyway! Stay away and find a responsible company that they care for their customers.

Communication was terrible
Communication was terrible. Got a the follow text, then a call 10 mins before it arrived. I was out. It got dumped out the back of my flat:
dear customer, this is from online shower company the items you ordered with us from online will be delivered as scheduled, our driver will get in touch about one hour before arrival, many thanks.
