If anyone thinks that online booking has made travel agents redundant, think again. A good agent like this makes you realise how valuable such services can be.

Found some really impressive pricing online from them and called for a formal price. Was supported by Alvin throughout who was super knowledgeable and very accommodating.

Our flight was delayed, that would have resulted in us missing a connecting flight. Alvin jumped to the rescue swapping flights, securing good seats and updating all our paperwork. Despite a host of back and forth throughout Alvin was super helpful, polite and delivered a very high service.

I had never used Sky Amrica before so initially was very scepical. But all I can say is the whole experience has been great, the agent Alvin, was polite, helpful and patient and gave excellent communiation all the way, he also got me a great pice too, which is a massive bonus. so thank you Alvin and sky america.

My trip was very good I was traveling to Jamaica 🇯🇲 i had to go via Atlanta by the time i got to the transit plane ✈️ it was boarding so that was ok. On my return I had to go via New York to London

Alvin was great in assisting me with my booking. He was extremely understanding and made every effort to accommodate my budgetary needs. Placed many options on the table for me to choose from and in the end presented me with the perfect transaction at a great £. Very smooth online communication and easy to contact and very responsive. Only minor snag was the assumption that I was a seasoned traveller and so had to prompt for additional travel advice on insurance and visas. I am familiar with all of this but not everyone is..

I have just booked a flight with Alvin Walker he was amazing truly amazing he has the patience of a saint. Due to work and shift commitments it was hard to find suitable flights Alvin talked me through various options for hours and i mean hours. Alvin spent just under an hour with me sorting out external flights to Atlanta and internal flights from Atlanta to Alabama. This guy is absolutely amazing. He was very patient with me and explained everything to me in a non-condescending manner. Whoever his line manager is should be really proud of this employee.
