Comprei mobiliário na Sklum.com em outubro de 2023.

Um dos artigos que comprei foi uma secretária, Secretária em Madeira Arlan REF: 70096-139041.

A encomenda é BZCVSJNUI.

A secretária não foi entregue com o envio.

Não houve qualquer explicação por parte da Sklum.

Enviei um email à Sklum a pedir uma explicação há 7 dias, mas ainda não responderam ao meu email.

Quando há uma reclamação, a Sklum tem uma resposta padrão para contactá-los através do site, mas não há resultados.

Pior experiência de sempre com compras online de mobiliário. Todos os artigos chegaram com defeito, as tintas usadas nos metais são de baixa qualidade, e o suporte deixa a desejar.

EN- I was very concerned about this store since I've read all the negative comments only after placing my order...however, I cannot complain.. I've received all of my orders ( a total of 4) in the estimated time..when there was a delay they have sent an email to the company I was working with (woodfellas) asking if we want all the items sent together or if we preffer to receive the delayed item later..
I think the main problem might be with the costumer service since it is only by a chat in the website and won't answer most questions..unfortunately 1 in 4 chairs that we received was broken..probably during transportation and we were not able to reach someone at the company..but appart from that
I loved the products, great quality/price ratio.

PT-Estava inicialmente preocupada com as compras que fiz online atraves da SKLUM, dado que só li as reviews após ter feito 4 encomendas diferentes.. Contudo não tenho razões propriamente de queixa..recebi todos os artigos no tempo expectável.. quando houve um atraso num dos items duma encomenda, a empresa com quem estava a trabalhar (woodfellas) foi notificada, questionando se preferíamos que os artigos fossem enviados todos em conjunto ou se preferíamos que enviassem o que estava atrasado mais tarde..
Penso que o problema maior talvez seja no atendimento ao cliente, uma vez que é tudo em formato de chat no site, infelizmente 1 de 4 cadeiras estava partida, provavelmente em contexto de transporte e não existe um contacto directo com os funcionários desta marca.
Tirando isto, adorei os produtos, compensa a qualidade/preço comparativamente com outras lojas com produtos semelhantes.

medio pedido, envie un correo dentro de los 14 dias para explicarles que me faltaban cosas por llegar y no hicieron ni caso, ahora han pasado los 14 días y me han estafado más de 70€, intento reclamar y me ponen pegas por que han pasado los 14 días, pero es que yo ya reclame mediante un correo a sklum dentro de los 14 días. Una vergüenza de empresa que se dedica a estafar a los clientes, si hasta hay una página que se llama afectados por sklum, si lo llego a saber antes nunca habría comprado ahí. Vergüenza debería de darles

Infelizmente, quase nenhum pedido é executado aqui sem problemas. Já pedi mais de uma vez, mas infelizmente essa foi a última vez. Não foi incluído um item que comuniquei imediatamente, então me pediram para tirar fotos dos outros pacotes, o que não é possível, pois já estão desempacotados e em uso em nosso hotel. Infelizmente, uma cadeira também está danificada, mas só a tiramos da caixa após 2 semanas, então também não ajuda e você fica como cliente com itens danificados e até faltando itens, sem reembolso. Isso é realmente uma bochecha e fraude!

The took my money and just never delivered all the items I ordered. How I'm waiting over 3 weeks for them to process my request to either get refunded or just deliver the item I ordered. My order number is RHBEAICNY and it says swaying Customer Response which I have given. They are thieves who just steal your money and don't deliver, please be very very cautious.

I ordered several items from the store. When the parcel arrived, one item was missing (Safra shoe rack). Everything was packed securely, so it can't be the fault of the shipping company.
Sofa Jehrd from my order had legs in golden colour instead of black.
There is no communication with the store, there is no support service. I filled out a special form on the store's website stating that one item is missing, but there was no response. My order is PNEJMTBOG.

Everything went wrong. Although it was clearly mentioned in the website that the goods I bought were on stock, it took them far longer than announced to proceed with the shipping.

The two pieces of furniture - not cheap at all - that I purchased were damaged, in several points and in several ways (none of them due to problems during delivery) and even if they weren't wuality is lousy. For example, it's a nighthmare to open/close the drawers.

A resposta deles.....Já fiz numeros desde Março e sempre a mesma repsosta....a gozar com cara do cliente, nao dão resposte e pior, ficam com o Nosse dinheiro. NÃO COMPRAM AQUI...VIGARISTAS

Fiz uma encomenda na sklum que fui obrigada a cancelar , pois estava prevista inicialmente para o prazo de entrega entre 2 semanas depois já passaria para 2 meses . Já passaram mais de 10 dias a vontade e não recebi o meu dinheiro de volta .. já estou com o meu advogado a tratar da situação

I am waiting 28 days for a wrong transaction, that the company has to return the money, I complained and still the company said I could be a waiting period of 10-15 days for return 1.004, 99€

Hello! I still don't know what happened with my order.
1. 5.05.23 - I picked the items with the shortest delivery period (all 3-4 days - not "working days", just "days" according to your website)
2. 9.05.23 - First message from them and last apologize for delay (+ 4-5 days)
3. 14.05.23 - Nothing, tried to call, nobody speaks English
4. 18.05.23 - Silence. After hundreds of message and calls I learned that the table out of stock. Finally.
5. 19.05.23. They needed 1 full workday to delete 1 piece from my order. Ok.
6. 22.05.23. Still nothing. Tried to call. 1/10 time you could hope that someone speaks english.
7. 23.05.23. I was happy to know that bedsides table is out of stock now. What's next? I agreed delete it from my order, but THEY CANCEL ALL MY ORDER. Why? Just "because". Press the right button is too complicated.
8. 24.05.23. Message from them about successful payment. Payment for what? Did they cancel my order or not? When it will be delivered? Nobody knows. Nobody answered.

I recently ordered a marble table from Sklum, and I am beyond disappointed with their service and product quality. When I received the table, the marble was cracked in half, rendering the table completely unusable.

Upon contacting their customer service, the response times were absolutely intolerable. It was almost impossible to get a hold of anyone to address my concerns. Even worse, nobody has come to pick up the damaged table, and I have been left with this eyesore in my home.

After multiple attempts to contact them, I finally managed to speak to someone over the phone. Shockingly, they accused me of breaking the table myself. I couldn't believe their audacity, considering I received the table in this condition!

This has been, without a doubt, the worst shopping experience of my life. I strongly advise anyone considering buying from Sklum to look elsewhere. Save yourself the headache and disappointment.

Moreover, there is an active Facebook community with over 2000 dissatisfied customers, sharing similar horror stories about their experiences with Sklum. This just goes to show that my experience is not an isolated incident.

In summary, I cannot stress enough: DO NOT buy from Sklum.

Ich habe 2 Gartenstühle und einen Balkontisch bestellt. Tisch ist weiß und prima, wie abgebildet. Online hatten die Stühle ganz klar ein weißes Gestell. Geliefert wurde grau. Das ist keine Farbabweichung, nix mit nicht kalibriertem Bildschirm usw. Der Kunde kann nur innerhalb von 4 Tagen reklamieren, Rücksendungen soll man aus eigener Tasche bezahlen, in meinem Fall wären das knapp 40€, was ich natürlich nicht tun werde. Kundenservice gibt es nicht, keine Reaktion. Was tun? Gebe die Sache meinem Rechtsbeistand, den Ärger brauche ich eigentlich nicht. Das scheuen sicherlich viele und bezahlen dann trotzdem. Ich nicht. Und falls Sklum die Kundenzufriedenheit, denn doch noch interessieren sollte...Bestellnummer : UVBIPQYJU

Ma table a ete livre le 13 Avril casse et recolle. Je paie un produit et ils ne sont même pas correct pour repondre au téléphone ou au messages. Quand j'ai vu les avis je suis tombe de haut !!!!!!!!! Ils ne sont pas correct franchement à fuire Vous dites passionné de décoration mais surtout passionné d'arnaque !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Still waiting for a return label for order MOXMQSELZ. TrustPilot seems to be the only way to communicate with these people....nightmare. Terrible customer service.

Ma commande MXPVIPXIG a été déclarée livrée alors que je ne l’ai pas reçue.
Visiblement je ne suis pas la seule à être dans ce cas.
Les livreurs ne sont-ils pas sensés faire signer les personnes qui réceptionnent une livraison? Je pense que des recherches doivent être faites pour débloquer cette situation! !

Wederom een retour zending voor de derde keer aangemaakt. Ik verwacht dat sklum nu een keer Katie gaat ondernemen.
