I had a issue with Subscription, but their CS solved it - it was cancelled together with auto-order and money was returned. I advise customers to be careful with "subscribe and save 25%" at the checkout (it can be confusing what this includes but I have a feeling it is the same as when selecting "save more with automatic refills").

Emails bounced back from their only contact address. Obviously a sales scam. Their site reads well and promises that you can cancel orders but there is no link and crickets when you try to contact them.

You must be the only customer whose emails are being bounced, although that’s surely a lie just like the claim that you’re obliged to sign up for another month, as you can cancel whenever you like with no minimum contract period or cancellation fee; it’s clearly stated all over the website.
