Company shorted me 2 full packs of masks on my order. When I brought it to their attention they were rude, but said they would send the remaining masks that I paid for. They never did. After several weeks of back and forth, they ghosted me. I never received what I paid for.

They only want your money!!!!! I ordered in July and finally received my first order in September INSANE!!!! I got the July charge but then I seen they charged me again in September when I have only received my first order. All they care about is your money, GREEDY!!!!!!

SCAM!!!!

I ordered their EMS POWERBELT Pro and received the cheap version HY-06 which costs a tenth of the original.
The quality is cheap, the technology is not what advertised!! I requested a refund

Package arrived wet and falling apart! By that I mean the cardboard outer packaging was actual soaked. When the foil wrapped masks were opened they were dry! All of the collagen product was missing from the individual masks. I will not reorder.

I found Skinklean on Instagram and decided to give it a try. When I mada a one off purchase, there was no mention anywhere about recurring order. However, a couple of months later my card was automatically charged and i was notified that my order was on the way. I contacted the company multiple times to notify them that I have not made that order, but their response was that when i made my purchase, I subscribed to their automatic re-orrder. I have not done this. I know that there are companies like that who prey on people and perhaps there was a small box which said there that the order was recurring, bit it was not visible and i did not give my consent to that. Skinklean refuses to return the money. It i a scam company and honestly the product itself was absolutely nothing special. Beware Skinklean is a scam

!!!! BEWARE!!! Don’t waste your money on any of skinkleans products. They are misleading and will unknowingly sign you up for a subscription and keep charging you after cancellation.

Save your money. I fell for their buy-3, get-3-free offer. It took forever for the product to arrive (weeks, not days). The package looked like it had been through a war, both inside and out. Last night, I decided to use the product. The pouch holds 3 masks, which are totally intertwined. You have to peel them apart. After removing one to use, 1). they don't fit your face, nor do they lie flat. 2) The solution is drying up as you fumble with the mask. 3) Have a pair of scissors handy, as that was the only way I could affix it to my skin. 4) Apply water to the mask, as it will be dried out by the time you waste time applying it. I'd really like a refund, but it would cost me more to return the item.

I ordered once from this company a month ago. Now I got a mail that my subscription had started, and they have already charged my credit card. They do not have any clickable subscription when you order. The bank recommended that I cancel my card asap. In order to (maybe) get the money back from the bank, I need to do a formal claim and report it to the police.
Scam company!

I had a issue with subscription, but their customer support solved it - subscription and auto-order was cancelled and money returned.

I did not like the product. Attempted a return and received very small refund. Their site states 30 day return policy, my request was within 7 days

A second order was marked "delivered. " I wrote customer service on 8/13 and stated not delivered with doorman or US mail. Confirmed. Rewrote, please replace or I will dispute. Never received an answer until I disputed with cc on 8/18. Just received a threatening email from company stating, "you want things for free and will let others know this" Deciding if I will let cc fight this or take legal action. Do not but from them. EVER

Biggest bunch of b.s. never bèn on shark tank. It's a scam. Masks are flimsy and fall apart...don't buy....beware

The after sales service:
My previous review refers. After many emails and a bank investigation, Skinklean did refund me in full for both packages, not delivered. They confirmed that the SA Post office do not deliver packages and will refund me, on both orders. They also confirmed that they have cancelled the subscription I unknowingly signed up for. All refunds reflect in my account as of today.

BiG SCAM
firt order never recieved, followed up, no delivery since 7 Jun 2026. Correspondence keep saying it is coming, the sent it through to SA post office. But In SA, the pos office do not deliver. Then you unknowingly sigb up for a subscribtion. Tried to at least refund that, but they went silent. Cancelled my card and opend a case of fraud with the police. They steel money!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! SCAM! I purchased masks from the company. What was sent to me was a small bag that had an empty UPS label inside. The actual label was missing! The mailing package has 3 masks printed on the outside but no mask. Then they charged me a 2nd time under subscription after I told them what happened. To add insult to injury the sent me an email showing me the 1st order was received and to pick it up. I’m filing a claim with my bank!!

I bought these masks specifically because they did not contain acrylates. On the company website under the full ingredients list there is no acrylates listed. When I received the package in the mail after waiting for a month for it to show up on the back of the package in the full ingredients is listed acrylates. I am severely allergic to these and it would have meant a trip to the doctors if I had used this mask. I sent them an email for a refund as now I can’t use these masks. We will see if I hear back from them.

As a follow up they did refund me and say they are going to fix the website to reflect the full correct ingredients list.

This company is the worst! If I could give zero stars I would. Took 4 emails before someone got back to me. Placed an order on 6/21 and still haven’t received it yet. I just got another email yesterday stating another order was sent! They are now saying I signed up for the monthly subscription which I absolutely didn’t!! My original order is supposedly to be delivered between 7/20-7/26 - I don’t have any hope that it will be delivered. If nothing comes by 7/27 I’m canceling everything and having my credit card dispute it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

WARNING to all potential customers: What appears to be a simple one-time purchase is in fact a hidden recurring subscription. The checkout process is deliberately designed to obscure this fact – a textbook “dark pattern” that violates consumer protection standards.

I never knowingly agreed to a subscription, yet my credit card was charged repeatedly without transparent authorization. When I received an order confirmation for a product I never ordered, I realized what had happened.

This is not a legitimate business practice – it is misleading, unethical, and potentially illegal. I have demanded a full refund and cancellation, and I will not hesitate to escalate this matter to consumer protection authorities.

Do yourself a favour: read the fine print twice, check your credit card statements, and think carefully before entering any payment information on this site.

Horrible Experience! My mother wanted to order the masks once but was trapped into a hidden subscription model. We canceled the subscription via email (difficult process and not transparent at all) and they confirmed the cancellation. Now, a few weeks later they just started charging her credit card again and sending more masks. We now had to get a new card for her so they cannot charge her anymore. Horrible scam!!!

Do not buy anything from this company.
I spent $80 and it was not delivered. No response by the company despite numerous emails and complaints. Bogus and misleading website, do not buy! Sally Parrish

Do not use! I wanted to order a product one time, but accidentally subscribed for an entire year. Usually I notice these things, I think they hide the fact that you are subscribed. They were ridiculously hard to get ahold of to cancel. But in spite of me emailing to cancel, and even being told they did cancel it, I continued to be charged for shipments for months. Eventually I had to dispute the charges with my credit card company.
