I was enjoying these games UNTIL Skillz cancelled my account for NO REASON that made any sense. I didn’t violate any terms like they said. I asked for an explanation and they couldn’t give me a valid reason. All my money & tickets are gone now (luckily not a lot of money though, but what if there was)!
I do NOT recommend this company unless you want to get ripped off of your hard earned money and get horrible customer service from people like Laina & Gab!

Don't play. Once you reach last tier (diamond) they start telling you they are looking for an opponent. When my games and money were backing up with no opponent and I complained they banned me from the game for cheating. I am a 72 year old grandmother I have no idea of how to cheat on an online gambling site. When the games started paying out over 75% of them I lost. ( supposedly)

When I first started playing this blackout bingo I played all practice games. Once I got good at it I started playing for cash. I was winning just about every game. At first they were paying me correctly, which was 5 00 payout per game. Then all of a sudden they began paying me only 2.00 per winning game, and on the 1.00 payout only .40!!! WHAAAT!!. I am pissed to say the damned least!! How are they able to get away with this?? I tried to email them but I haven't been successful with getting through. If it's in writing aren't they are supposed pay. Isn't that illegal?? They deserve 0 stars. If they don't want to pay than they should not claim that they will. I'm very disappointed and frustrated and angry!! I need my winnings!! They should remember that what goes around, comes around!

I played and put a lot of money, when I earned and made a withdrawal of money, they blocked me, stopped my games and deleted me from the chat, did not let me add any player! They invent excuses that have a problem with the system and do not know when they will shut down! Scam and a pity for every dollar!

This is a fraud company as whenever we ask for the withdrawals then they show their treachery,,,they only believe in deposites never want to pay for players,,, totally money lost gaming platform,I rate five zeros to skillz

I wish I could give them 0 stars. They sent me a email threatening to take the money i already have saved back if I don’t log back in. I haven’t played in about a year. Here is a copy of the email. This game is a BIG SCAM you never are able to redeem the money you eran.

Beware, scam, the worst!!!!! If I could give zero stars that is what it deserves.

Worst bingo game ever. Really bad ending playing this game. I played for a long time and spent a lot of money there. Then, the last time I wanted to play i deposited the money but it apparently became illegal to play in my country which of course no one told me. So they let me put the money and then i still am not able to get them back. They are saying they sent the money on my other card which i don't use anymore. And the deposit was made from another card which makes no sense to me why they wouldn't return it on the same card. I can not access the money. Only get "polite" emails that there is nothing they can do. Thieves, not recommending this game to anyone. Being a player for a while and being treated like that at the end - not worth your money guys. The game is anyway designed for you not to win much so.

I have played for 8 months. Only 1 device and only one game..... Started to get fairly good. Getting mostly even results against the top players.... Win 1 for every lose. Only played $1 games. No cheating just played every game as well as I could. Started to make a little. Took out small amounts like $10 then $20. As soon as I let it build to $60 and withdraw, my account was banned. Got a long generic email. In other words, pick an excuse. I know I was not cheating in any way. Sent them 3 emails to different addresses and did not get any reply. Quite sad as I enjoyed the game and played totally fairly. I was good enough to win more than I lost. That I suppose was the problem. They only want money to come to them. Even though they make money on every game they want more and all of it. Does make me wonder about the "top" players. Are they really individuals or employees to stop people making money? And if somebody does like me, even though it was small amount, they ban them. Enough stories here to know that where there is smoke, there is fire. Skillz is a scam and should be shut down for taking people's money but not paying out as they claim.

The moment you get good and start withdrawing real cash they will ban you. Skillz will find some lame excuse to justify why you can’t withdraw money.

Skillz will even screw over their affiliates - players who bring new clients. I was running a website dedicated to Skillz games where I would receive $30 ($20 + $10 on second deposit) bonus cash for every player who joined using my coupon code. After bringing Skillz company hundreds of new players they decided to reduce my bonus cash to $1! What a joke. Perhaps they think I will keep my website running and get them new clients for $1, lol. I will make sure to spread my experience as much as possible. That would actually be a good story for Coffeezilla Youtube channel. Just look at this pathetic reason I got from one of the customer supports (who is just a cog in a machine):

“As mentioned, we are reviewing friend referrals and are trying to make sure the Skillz experience is at the right level for all of our players. While this change may not be what you prefer, we appreciate you taking the time to provide feedback. We'll be sure to pass along your feedback regarding the messaging and promotion of this offer to our team. ”

… - In other words - screw you, we will simply marginalize you because you are not making money for us. We will provide you bs excuses little by little until you shut up.

I know they will probably reply to this review with a polite excuse and offer to resolve this issue (an attempt to cover up) but I am done with Skillz. I would not recommend anyone dealing with this company.

Requested for a cash out and they went to the pathetic length to avoid paying the cash out by saying that I have multiple accounts so they closed my account. Waste of money and such a scam.

This game is just a scam. I have spent over $100 in the game ☹️
I am from Fiji and when I try to withdraw there is no option available for it.
Wish someone files a lawsuit against the company and everyone defrauded by the company gets a refund.

I'm extremely frustrated with the customer service. It's scripted,basically the same response to the same problem. I have great wifi. New phone, good battery, no other open apps. Yet I open the app and it shuts down. I don't even get to select a game, look at my stats, read comments, Nothing. I press the app button only. The game is loading then a box either pops up say " one solitaire isn't responding " then it gives you a choice close app or wait. So I close the app. When it does open it shows I aborted the last game. It even shows no other challenger yet. So I copy game ID a write them and explain what happens. I've never gambled more than $10 at once. Most recently $.60 matches. But I used to play up to $10. So when the game had the problem I started noticing my funds were lower. I wondered how long it's been happening. I never paid much attention. So I started writing. Apparently there is a limit of how much can be credited per month. So I was told to wait 30 days to request again. I waited the 30 days but before I was told that I had just deposited $20. I could play 2 other games without a problem. But the other when I tried again it taking away from my $20 deposit if the game malfunctioned loading. My 30 days are and now there is an update. I've lost most of my $20 deposit because of the problem, I cashed in my tickets for $10 cash to play games and it works. Awesome it's fixed. Then I decided to make another deposit. $20. 1 day day later the problem starts again. So I write them. I'm told I exceeded the limit for a month AGAIN. I'm going to start recording my game not loading and post it on sites so others see the problem. Stop using the same scripted word for word reply. READ the customers concerns. Look for #Skilzzlackscustomerservice .

JUST CURIOUS, In the rules and regulations it plainly states that you van not have the use of multiple accounts and I think the skills employees only notice this when suspicious happenings are going on in a person's profile and gaming,it takes a minute to realize this, that's why they don't knop it in the bud in the beginning because they figure people read all the ways it works but obviously they don't or they do but still try to do it their way and that way gets them deleted..And to whomever said they never got back to his questions, hard for me to believe because I've been playing for almost 8 months and im answered each and every time within minutes and Im a person who will ask 100 questions if im not so sure of how things work...Any and all withdrawals I've ever had was deposited back on my card within 2 days and it has been the exact next day. If you're looking for a game that's going to make you laugh or frustrate you this is absolutely the one. There's no possible way you could ever win this game. Skills is a complete scam. Even if they gave you 800% bonus on top of your money you still will not come out of winner at all no type of way.
