Horrible customer service. The gaming system that they have to review your skills is inaccurate they don’t care because they are making money at the end of the day. When called out in a public chat a mod orchid muted me after I had deposited $200 into the game that evening and was ranked with the best player in the game not once but twice…. The game is a fraud and a set up they don’t care if you win or lose because either way they are making money. If you try to publicly speak about it they mute you because they are afraid of others understanding that this is a complete scheme. Beware your money is valuable better off going to a casino. In chat they always say contact customer support customer support knows nothing I have learned more from in chat then customer support it’s a paste and copy script. Nothing I did or said is offensive and the entirety of the game and their players is scketchy. I have images and recorded game play of their willingness to let others win while others lose it’s not a fair gaming system… despicable business to say the least… nothing makes sense in the bubble cube world but it doesn’t matter because skillz is making money they couldn’t care less about the players except to message them a script. As I said I learned more in chat than any of thes copy and pasters……

All Skillz customer services employees are very truly CRACKHEAD drugs users like Meths, Rocks, and Cocaines. I can guarantee you. I can promise you. All Skillz customer services employees are still use everyone’s moneys spend the drugs to smoke for high and high that exactly what they want !!!!!

i am glad that this company made these games available for android users but they still need to add venmo to the cashout options!!! i know they accept paypal but venmo is owned by paypal and Skillz.com needs to accept venmo for cashout!!!

You will RARELY win anything. For example, you play someone in Blackout Bingo, you bet .60 to win .40. Both players put .60 to play. $1.20 total, winner wins 1.00. On top of this, as you play, the game continues to calculate your wins vs losses. They eventually will have you playing people with the same skill level. No, you can't suddenly be better than your opponents. Your opponents will get tougher. They do this so poor players won't be stomped and quit playing. Easy money by matching dumb players with dumb players. They win 50/50 and effectively lose 33% average each game. You win two .60 games you have won .40 x 2 =.80. You lose two games, you lose $1.20. Great odds right? No! You're going to lose 33% evrn with your best efforts. They offer bonus money for you to buy. I spent $500. I accidentally cashed out and received $120. They STOLE $680 and would NOT reinstate it, even with the offer to deposit the $120 back. You can NOT play inexpensive games, lower your rating, and then play expensive games. They will weight your play using each dollar you play. A $100 game is worth 100 $1.00 games mathematically. AVOID THIS GAME!

I have played my fair share of money games, so it’s safe to say I understand how it works normally and I’m very patient with their regulations etc. but no company is as worse as this company. They would not let me get into any games on my first account, it kept saying “error” so I decided to put in a request to delete that account, account got deleted…Then I made a new one, and the same thing happened. On top of that, They are wrongfully accusing me of having two devices. My husband and I both play games and I believe they have also banned his account because they are accusing us of being the same person based off of us sharing wifi connection or being in the same location.. I have followed all the rules, there should not be a reason why this is happening.. These games are not even worth a single second of your time, they will just take your money, and they will ban you so you don’t win any money. BIG SCAM.

This is a scam . It crashes all the time . At first they will refund you until it keeps happening then they say your crash rate is not normal . The app shuts completely down or freezes . I have never tried cashing out , so I don't know how legit they are about that but I know I spent hundreds of dollars and got absolutely no where . For them to have the audacity to claim that I'm claiming too many crashes when their game is severely flawed is wrong period.

Complete scam. This company makes you pay for games at $6 but the winning amount is $10 only winning $4 more than you initially started at. Most games you win more than the starting amount and usually doubling the money you put in. In addition, I have been a member for years and have put alot of money into this gaming app and when it was time to withdraw my money...my account was suspended. I was warned of not being able to have 2 accounts and the only reason I had 2 accounts was because I got another iphone and couldnt remember my email to linked account. Since warning, I have not logged into other account since. At time of withdraw, they confirmed my laptop sleeve order but didnt send check??? They simply wanted a reason to not pay out my $230check that was due to me. In that case why was sleeve sent. They just want your money. It takes 4-6weeks for return but to put money into app its immediately. Just as fast as they can take your money should be as fast as they can send you money as well. The moment you withdraw your account will be suspended for an excuse to not send money. Dont do it!!! SCAM, SCAM, SCAM! I had hundreds of dollars in my account when it was suspended and I will be taking this matter to court. If I could upload my proof I would.

Please don’t play this game for real money, this game don’t let you to withdraw, when you start put the money in your account the system let you win up to 10 or 20 hands after this you will be get lost 100% some people start put more money to play and when you decide to stop play this game if you start put your credit card they rip you off every months(you will receive this message that your account will maintenance fee will be changed or some times the money cut from your card with nothing reason) if you win on 20 hands then you start withdrawal your account will be suspended, this is my bad experience that would like to share for everyone this is just play for fun and scam for the money,,,,

You are playing against ROBOTS After weeks of watching the “Top players” I realised that it’s impossible for them to be at the top.

So you could say maybe they play a lot? Maybe the deposit thousands of dollars? No they are not real players.

The best example I can give is a new cash league starts within 30-40 seconds players have racked up hundreds of gold medals how would this be possible if each game is over one minute to play? Answer it’s not

Another example the same player constantly hitting over 40 thousand a game odds wise is also suspicious

I think there are many genuine people on this app however you are playing against robots created by skillz so you will never win

Be careful putting your money in this app. This application is NOT clear handling money. your gaming platform never lets you win. After winning a couple of hands they have all the strategies to steal your money. either the games have no replay or the player has NO way of knowing if the hand was clean. In a $60 hand my opponent dropped out of the match and they made up a score where I lost but my opponent folded. who gets the money? skillz.

They have different matching system for z-point,brackets and events they are matched 1st to play buyin plays next to play buyin. The head to head cash games are matched using their “fair play” matching system to benifit players when it is actually set up to 100% benifit skillz by keeping players as close to a 50% win rate as possible to maximize their rake. I did a $100 + 30 bonus deposit. On that deposit I played $870 worth on buyins and paid $134 in rake. Support gives no answers on why their ranking system is hidden and no answer on why their is no separate level for events and bracket play. When I ask about it in chat feature I’m either muted or my comments are instantly deleted. Complete scam site
